GoogleMawara took us to view properties in the area and we were very happy with her service. She was clearly very well-prepared and up-to-date in her knowledge of the properties. On top of that, she was also very knowledgeable and receptive to questions we had on the property market in general. All in all it was a great experience that really helped in our property search and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for properties in the area.

GoogleWe called out three Agents to value our family home for probate, from the outset Richard stood out from the two other Agents with his knowledge and willingness to advise us on the process, over the 3 months he called monthly to check on probate and update on the market, never once did he push us or act “salesy”. When we were ready to market Hawes and Co was the obvious choice, after an open house we sat down with Richard who went through all the offers with us and who was most secure in his opinion, we had regular updates of the sales process all the way to exchange . I would gladly recommend Richard and his team to anybody looking to sell and need advice or hand holding

GoogleUnlike many others who have posted here, we had the most horrific experience with Hawes and Co. We rented a house through this agency, and have had nothing but issues with the flat as well as some of the most atrocious customer service from Katie and Tracy. Both of these people repeatedly and shamelessly lied to us, throughout the application process and tenancy itself. In every interaction we felt fobbed off, as we struggled to get both the agency and the landlord to abide by the terms in our tenancy agreement. We found Katie to be particularly difficult, where she refused or was not capable of listening and responding in a sensible or coherent manner. To those people who are currently renting with this agency, good luck to you. I hope you have a better experience than we did. If you are considering renting with them, honestly, walk on by and go somewhere else. Katie and Tracy will tell you what you want to hear, but never show any interest after that.

GoogleWe had a fantastic viewing with Morawa from Hawes &Co. She was extremely helpful with emphasizing the pros of the area and the flat. Very professional, knowledgeable about the market and friendly with the additional benefit of a local's insight as she lives in the area (New Malden/Raynes Park). Although the flat was not the right size for me, I'd recommend Morawa and the agency for a professional viewing.
