GoogleExtremely helpful agent called Roxy was able to find me and my fiance really excellent properties to view around Wimbledon, and was able to give detailed advice on every step of application. She was kind, considerate, and communicative, and made the stressful business of flat hunting a great deal more pleasant.

GoogleI’m a tenant in the house that was for sale. Damien Anderson has been extremely helpful by communicating effectively for any viewing. His effort enabled me to accommodate any viewing requested which resulted in avoiding missed opportunities for the seller and buyer of the house and more efficiencies for Agency itself. GoogleRia Lawrence and her team recently successfully handled a tenant finding service for my property. It was a very smooth process, with everything falling into place as planned. The team were flexible both commercially and through the process. Ria personally extended herself and went over and above out of hours over the weekend to resolve a potentially serious administrative problem affecting the whole chain. Brooke Cirelli was an absolute star where, through diligence, being thorough and prompt action, she averted serious problems resulting from flooding in a neighbouring property. I would certainly work with this team again!

GoogleMy fiancée and I recently completed on an our first home together working with Damian from the Raynes Park branch. Damian provided excellent service throughout, with regular updates about any developments. He was always on hand at any request and definitely went above and beyond towards the completion of the purchase when the seller was proving a little tricky with the removal of some contents of the house. Would highly recommend Damian and Hawes & Co!
