GoogleI’d highly recommend Haus to anyone looking to sell a property. The service they provided us has been fantastic from start to finish. Each member of staff we dealt with was completely on the ball and very dedicated to our sale. They made the whole process very easy, and we sold above asking price so we couldn’t be happier! The online sellers portal is fantastic, it made keeping track of viewings and offers so easy, without the need for constant phone calls. The fees were competitive with other local agents, but their availability out of normal business hours was what stood out for us. A special thank you to Julie, who really helped push our sale through with the solicitors in the final few days, she saved us a lot of time and stress and we are very grateful!

GoogleWe've recently sold our property through Haus were very pleased with the service. The marketing and photos were fantastic. Viewings were arranged by Haus around our preferred times and our property sold very quickly for a good price. Olivia was proactive at chasing up solicitors, and even gave us advice when looking for new properties. Overall a very good experience. We would highly reccomend and definitely use again.

GoogleVery professional, personable and exceptional value for money. I feel the added value created by using Haus far outweighs the fees payable. I was impressed with every aspect of the sales process from the marketing of the property to the day of completion. Haus certainly went the extra mile in helping achieve a price that we were happy with with a buyer that suited our situation. The portal that they use to upload pending viewings with viewers feedback is a great tool for information purposes, but the team are always on hand should you need a phone call. I had initially marketed with Haus the previous year but the house i was trying to buy got purchased by another buyer so decided not to sell. When i decided to sell this year i had no hesitation about contacting Haus to sell. I will be recommending to friends and family who decide to sell.

GoogleJust sold my house STC through Haus and they've been great the whole way through! From Claire getting it on the market and my liaison with Heather and Olivia the office (plus a few others - apologies I can't remember their names) it's been a true pleasure. Always so lovely and helpful. Their Online portal is very helpful to keep track of viewings and offers too - I don't know what I'd have done without it! Two of my family members have sold their properties through Haus too and all have had great experiences so I'd definitely recommend them.

GoogleOur Estate Agent, David Vaughan, was fantastic from the moment we met him and all the way through the process. He was always available to speak to by phone or e-mail and very reliable. The team was very supportive with the whole sales process and in helping us find another property, they made everything easy and a lot less stressful than it could have been. We could not have wished for a better estate agent and we found buyers for our home very quickly. Great customer services from the whole team they were always cheerful friendly and ready to help. I would definitely recommend Haus and would use them again in the future.

From our initial enquiry to obtain a valuation to handing in the keys upon completion they have been outstanding. They are friendly, real, genuine and deliver. They are absolutely leading the way in Estate Agency and they really are outstanding. If you want to sell your home - don't waste your time, contact Haus. From Claire for the valuation, Heather initially and then Mark moving forward, all have been brilliant. Mark is amazing but everyone you come into contact with is lovely. Thank you so much Haus Team. GoogleOur experience with Haus was that they were literally only there to get us to sign for the house and then literally everything else was a "Maintenance Issue" and was redirected to a separate maintenance company, including issues like returning the keys! The fact that our tenancy was with 3 different parties just caused confusion and was completely unnecessary bureaucracy. They made a list of agreed works before moving in that was signed by the landlord and at least one of those which was to treat black mold in the bedroom was still not treated at the end of our year long tenancy. Another issue was that Haus took from the start of the tenancy in July until April without contact (during a national pandemic) to arrange to extend the tenancy by one month. My partner and I had made alternative arrangements since we had not heard anything and Haus tried to suggest that we were therefore liable for the rent for that extra month despite not having signed anything. Despite being a young professional I was at every stage treated like a student and it is clear that Haus were keen to get away with whatever they could. They are keen to squeeze every penny they can out of tenants and do absolutely no work to support them. Avoid at all costs.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
