GoogleWe agreed the terms of the contract, but when they sent me the contract the terms were completely different with clauses stating utilities were not included in the rent although we agreed they were. If I hadn't checked the clauses, like many people won't, I would have been paying above market rent plus utilities and council tax. Very unprofessional tactics.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleMyself and my two fellow tennants were looking to find a property in a very short space of time, so we sent a few emails out detailing the kind of property we were looking for to several estate agents in the Leeds area. Becky from Haus was not only the first to get back to us, but also provided us with by far the best selection of properties to choose from based on our requests. She was very courteous, clear and showed great flexibility to complete the stages of our process outside of our working hours, including during our lunch breaks. She was reliable and concise throughout, and we are delighted to have signed for a property to rent with Haus, with plenty of time remaining before the move - thank you so much Becky!! Since then, Steph has been equally clear and helpful over email to help us with the final stages of the process, and has left us feeling fully-informed and therefore relaxed as we prepare to move in. Thank you Steph! Based on the service my friends and I received so far, I would fully recommend going through Haus to look for anyone looking for an agent to help them rent a property in the Leeds area.

GoogleKennedy and Holly were an absolute dream. They both made the whole process super easy and were both very helpful. Kennedy showed me around all the flats I was interested in and answered all my questions. Then, during the application process, Holly was really helpful in walking me through ever step of it. The whole process was really fast and easy, I booked a viewing on a Friday and by the following Monday I got the keys to my new flat. Great overall.

They made it very easy and straightforward in relation to the online viewing and signing of forms. Communication was also very quick too, would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to move in the Leeds area.

GoogleBoth my boyfriend and I used Haus to sell our properties. Haus have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their communication has always been brilliant, with fast replies and everything said in a very clear and easy to understand way. They helped me to find my new home after I asked for advice about the market, and couldn’t do more to help during the sale of my house. My house sold within the week, with it going to best and final due to the number of offers received. Unfortunately that sale fell through, but it sold within a week again when I placed it back on the market and I received multiple offers again. The photos looked great online and on RightMove too! I would definitely use them again.

GoogleThank you to all at Haus Homes, especially Heather and Ian. I felt well informed and supported at every stage when selling my home. I don’t believe I could have had a better or more professional service; all whilst being friendly and allowing me to take up as much of their time as I needed. I could always get hold of them 7 days a week and they made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. The Vendor portal was excellent as it allowed me to be kept informed even when I was busy at work and not able to call them. I will certainly not hesitate in recommending their service to family and friends. 😊

GoogleDO NOT RENT 41B ST MICHAELS ROAD. One star is generous for this agency. Please save yourself a lot of stress and find a competent estate agent who won’t take advantage of you. Working in digital marketing myself, I’m pretty sure most of these 5 star reviews are fake/paid for. The house we rented is not suitable for people to live in. It’s freezing cold and mouldy. AND THEY DONT FIX ANY PROBLEMS DESPITE COUNTLESS PROMISES. AFTER FIVE MONTHS IN THE HOUSE THEY HAVNT EVEN GIVEN US A HOOVER, FIXED ANY OF THE BROKEN BEDS OR FURNITURE, DEALT WITH THE DAMP OR EVEN PROVIDED US WITH NEW MATTRESSES. THE HOUSE IS IN SUCH A BAD CONDITION I HAVE HAD TO MOVE BACK TO MY PARENTS HOUSE. I have become so ill from the house I’m experiencing panic attacks and it’s affecting my career. Despite this, Haus and the maintenance company pass blame between each other and won’t sort anything out. Moreover, someone at Haus, or at the maintenance company (RNL) mixed up the meter readings so we don’t even know who our energy supplier is. This has caused an incredible amount of stress separately. The maintenance company and Haus are separate companies. This silly game makes it INCREDIBLY difficult to get anything sorted.
