Steph lead the sale supported by the rest of the sales team who were all professional helpful and very accommodating throughout the transaction. They allowed access to a number of contractors and consultants prior to exchange as we are carrying out major refurbishment works straight after completion. GoogleI had a lovely operator called Holly helping me through my application process and she was extremely quick with her response time. She was very helpful with any questions I may of had and all instructions made to me were very clear and easy to follow. This is a very good company and I would recommend their services to anyone! The only downside is that not all phone lines were open however this was easily fixed by calling a different line and inquiring - again they were really nice and helpful :)).

GoogleWe recently had a very stressful moving experience due to solicitors (APL in Leeds - avoid at all costs!) lower down the chain not doing their job. However, Olivia & Mark at Haus went above & beyond chasing things to enable the purchase & sale to go through when at more than one point all seemed lost. We found them to be helpful & above all, refreshingly honest, in a world where this quality is hard to come by! Definitely the best Estate Agents we have ever used & whilst we hope never to have to move again, if we did we would not go anywhere else. Thank you Haus! Highly recommend!

GoogleI could not rate our experience with Haus more highly. Our decision to go with them for our sale happened almost by chance, passing a post outside a house but I’m so relieved we did! From our initial meeting communication throughout the process was outstanding. We had a high number of viewings and offers, resulting in a sale after just two weeks. Haus have a unique platform (portal) to allow you to monitor all aspects of the sale process from viewings to offers; which was fantastic. This was complimented by our agent; Olivia’s exceptional support throughout. When we hit some issues with the chain she was always several steps ahead and liaising with the buyers, agents and solicitors to ensure we were always up to date and providing essential advice. Buying a house is a stressful experience but this was certainly minimised by the amazing work of Olivia (and Haus).PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
