GoogleI would highly recommend using Haus. From the first friendly and informative phone call to the end of the process, everyone we dealt with was a pleasure to deal with. We were impressed with David’s attention to detail at our first meeting- even getting the photographer to come back again on a sunnier day to get the very best photos. The team did all the viewings and then Olivia was amazing in her negotiating and finalising the offers and then keeping us up to date and chasing the solicitors to the end!The whole experience was stress free. She even contacted our solicitors from a previous sale for documents that were missing. GoogleThe sale of our previous house was not straight forward due to numerous delays in the building of our new house, but the support from Haus (specifically Heather) was consistently brilliant and made the whole process much less stressful. My husband and I would wholeheartedly recommend Haus to anyone and can’t thank them enough for their excellent customer service.

GoogleEveryone who I had contact with throughout the process of selling our house was fantastic. David, who came to chat with me about the company and how they could represent us was personable and friendly. The marketing / photography for our brochure was extremely professional and well presented - and the ladies who came round were so encouraging and kind whilst I scrambled to try and make the house 'look presentable' :) Olivia (absolute god send), who dealt with every single one of my queries (and there were many) could not have been more accommodating. She went far beyond the call of duty on several occasions to help me, especially towards the latter end of the selling process where we were in the chain. I underestimated the level of stress that this adds to life in general and I honestly can not express enough how wonderful, reassuring, organised and proactive she has been. Thank you all so much and I 100% recommend using Haus for any property dealings, I certainly will do again.

GoogleThe service received from Josh at Haus has been first class. I have been purchasing a property and he has kept me fully up to date with the chain, responded to enquiries quickly and guided me through the process. My solicitor has been absolutely terrible and Josh has done everything possible to keep all parties fully informed. The sale has now gone through and I don’t ,t think this would have happened if Josh hadn’t been so motivated to chase everyone. When I sell a property I will definitely use Haus. GoogleWe received an excellent service from Haus despite Haus not being our estate agents. Olivia supported us to move the sale along and ensured other parties were aware our issue was stuck with our solicitors who gave a very poor quality service. Olivia promptly returned calls and kept us up to date, Haus colleagues were very helpful in Olivia's absence giving the impression of a strong team approach. I genuinely believe we would still be waiting on our solicitor had it not been for Olivia's professional approach. We are very happy in our new home, thank you Haus and especially Olivia!

GoogleThe team at Haus were fantastic, both a few years ago when i bought a property, and very recently when i also sold one. I can't recommend them highly enough. Selling a property can be a complex proposition at times but Haus, and in-particular the amazing Olivia, were there every step of the way. I can't say enough about Olivia's commitment, focus and knowledge, at every stage of the process. GoogleHaus were absolutely brilliant at selling our house. Olivia had great contact throughout the process & was quick to solve problems & chase up issues . We would definitely recommend them & use them again. We had very professional photos taken of our house. We loved their portal system - meaning we could check updates online rather than via phone calls. They seem to know the market well & have a very modern approach.

GoogleHaus were BRILLIANT but - - this was a family probate sale so as the house was empty and needed updating, we had lots of early offers for quick purchase - we accepted one - then lost the purchaser who messed Haus around - so Haus got on the case - found new purchaser - kept me updated and completing today....Yippee - At a very early stage, Haus were so positive, gave me access to an online system and the information from this was excellent - no need to pester Haus with telephone calls. However from the beginning Haus always kept me up to date with progress by email as well with daily offers, current position, bad news as well as good news as i would have expected. Olivia in sales was so positive and very easy to deal with, it kept me confident as well. Alison in marketing and the rest of the team did a great job and were always quick to respond, and ultimately Haus achieved the required sale price. I would add that Ian Appleyard the Director/Surveyor was informative and down to earth with early price expectations but we got the required outcome in any event. So as Haus more than met my own expectations, I would fully recommend them if you want a professional, experienced and very on the ball agent working in your best interest - well done Haus.

The Haus Homes team, and in particular Olivia, went above and beyond making sure the purchase of our first home proceeded and didn't fall through. Even when every part of the chain was stalling, Olivia would always share relevant information making sure we were aware of every situation, would go out of her way to help and always provide us with valuable advice. 100% would recommend and when it comes to selling our property, we will be using Haus Homes. GoogleWhere to begin with Haus? Our house purchase and sale took close to a year to complete. During that time Haus were fabulous in terms of keeping us informed and motivated to keep going. I cannot fault their professionalism even when I had sent countless emails trying desperately to get things sorted and clarified and must have tried their patience! The whole process was much more stressful than I imagined it would be, I genuinely credit Haus for the fact we completed at all: Brad in particular went above and beyond helping to liaise with solicitors, estate agents and other people in the chain to get it resolved. I can’t thank them enough or recommend them enough; I’m so very glad we decided to sell with them and would (and have) encourage others to follow suit. What you’ll get is a dedicated start to finish professional service with people who genuinely care, when we finally completed everyone was thrilled for us which made all the difference. Everyone we spoke to throughout the whole saga was reassuring and did what they said they were going to do. Phone calls were returned promptly and emails responded to in a similar fashion. That made a massive difference as someone who was working full time as did the use of the online portal which made managing viewings and offers easier. They also made some excellent recommendations which led to us having an excellent broker and surveyor who really helped us. I don’t have enough words to explain how impressed I am but suffice to say picking Haus is one of the best things we did. They’re amazing at what they do.
