As a relatively new renter, I found the process to be quite overwhelming, particularly during busy periods. Unfortunately, I've had some negative experiences with letting agents in the past, which only added to my concerns. However, I am thrilled to say that Haus has completely dispelled all my fears and worries. Every interaction I had with the team was exceptional. Haus Homes were excellent, I'm so pleased we used them to sell our house. When our first sale fell through, they managed to keep us focused and positive, it's always a stressful time moving house. Both David and Heather were amazing. They were always there at the end of the phone whenever we had any queries or questions relating to the sale. If we couldn't get an answer through our solicitor, Heather seemed to be able to find the information out within hours.
