Careful when Renting Here. Although the process with Haus is generally okay, as soon as contracts are signed your rented property is then managed by RNL Property Management also known as Red Door Lets Both companies listed have a terrible reputation across the board it doesn't take much googling to find that these companies had real protests outside the workplace. NEW TENANTS CHECK FOR EICRs

Had such a wonderful experience with Lesia, she was so friendly and informative and made the whole signing process stress free! Couldnβt recommend enough :)

Initially Haus were good, got everything sorted quickly and effectivley. Toward the end of the tenancy they took days to respond or didnt respond at all. Multiple failed call backs where they didnt even attempt to do so and just overall a very unsatisfying service, much more of a 'not our problem now' attitude whilst trying to resolve certain things towards the end of tenancy.

Excellent professional service. Quick at responding to emails. Kennedy was really lovely, very friendly and profesional, it has made my flat search a really easy and positive experience.

Be wary renting through Haus. Dealing with them directly is generally fine but once youβve signed the contract theyβll pass you over to RNL who are a nightmare to deal with. The fact that RNL manage the property is seemingly deliberately obscured, as nobody who has done any research would willingly deal with RNL. Feels very sneaky and youβll probably end up dealing with damp and mould in your home while the property management do nothing to help and blame the structural issues of the building on your lifestyle. Make sure you know who will be managing your property before you sign any contracts with Haus as you will not be dealing with the Haus office beyond the initial viewings

Very smooth service! Was shown round the property by Kimberley who was lovely and answered all the questions we had. Once we decided on the place she took us through the application process straight away.

Just wanted to say thank you to the team at Haus and in particular Kimberley. Although two houses we looked at had offers accepted they were able to find me a new place within minutes!

EDIT: Having now actually moved into my flat Iβm changing my originally 5* review down to a 2. Iβm aware that Haus doesnβt manage the property now that Iβve actually signed for it, but I really think they need to be taking a bit of responsibility for the properties they are letting out. I knew that RNL would be taking over the management of the property before move in day as Iβd read previous reviews but I find it interesting that weβre not actually told this directly by Haus until right at the last minute, just as weβre handed the keys. I think itβs because theyβre acutely aware that RNL is AWFUL, does not manage their properties effectively, or even at all and seem intent on giving everyone whoβs moved into a property let my Haus the worst week of their lives. We arrived into our new flat as a young couple to open condom packets, weed baggies, broken sofas (one completely broken) broken beds, broken wardrobes, huge amounts of black bathroom mould and not a single ounce of professional cleaning done at all on the flat. Nobody have been to check it, not one single person from RNL, or even the landlord. I was homeless for a night for what exactly? If I could not have moved in the day previous, what exactly was being done? Obviously I kicked off quite royally at RNL who after 6 hours in the property finally sent a cleaning team over and by this time we were so tired and sick of waiting around that we just told them to do the bathroom and kitchen and leave us alone as we were desperate to get started moving in and cleaning ourselves. Altogether it was a pretty horrible experience, and one shared by pretty much everyone else in our building too, we met another young couple who couldnβt even stay in their flat the first night, they decided to go home instead. We were also promised Wi-Fi on move in, as this was signed with an agreed works form, but we were very much misled there as it turns out that the property manager has an office wifi in the basement that heβs trying to sell to an ENTIRE BUILDING for extra money at a higher expense than some genuine Wi-Fi companies. Iβve asked multiple times for a resolution to this issue, and weβve been told that we need not pay that extra in our next rent payment but received nothing officially in writing and have not received any replies from RNL now further from my 7 calls on the day of move in. All in all an absolutely ridiculously mismanaged company, and Haus knows this and lets you sign away your money anyway. I actually think itβs evil, the way they take advantage of such young people who donβt know any better and are too scared to kick off. Can only speak on the experience of signing for a house currently as will be moving into a property signed with Haus in July. The experience has been great! Holly was absolutely amazing at finding me and my boyfriend the perfect flat, drove us to multiple viewings, put up with a lot of questions from us and had so much patience with us while we took the time to make our decisions and be picky! Thus far havenβt experienced any pressure to make hasty decisions, we really felt like the whole process was very easy and explained so well to us by Holly! Cannot wait to move in!

Lesia has been so helpful in finding me and my partner a place, we contacted the agency for a different property that was already taken but Lesia has gone above and beyond to show us other availabilities and help us through the renting process.

Despite not signing for a letting due to our own unforeseen circumstances, Kimberley was delightful to deal with and made my friend and I feel comfortable and well informed whilst viewing a property. A real professional and I wish her all the best
