Forget your preconceptions of estate agents. Haus really are different. There are estate agents who are just bothered about connecting the seller and buyer, and the commission fees. Haus are different. Biggest strength of Haus is that they are approachable and spend time talking and listening to you. They do call back if they are busy. Olivia and her team have provided a personalised service which is a rarity given that they only charge the same commission as any other estate agents in the market. They are not shy of advising you on other matters/general advice on properties and areas too. Other companies including solicitors should learn customer service from Haus in this industry. I would thoroughly recommend Olivia and her team at Haus. Last but not the lease, Ian Appleyard has initiated the sale process and he resonates the above ethos equally.
