GoogleI am looking at properties to move in from July. Kimberley has been prompt with responding and arranging the viewings. She has been patient through the day as we went around for 3 viewings and has been honest whilst describing the properties.

She made sure that we were able to sign on the house that we loved despite difficulties out of her control and we were kept informed throughout every little step of the process. Couldn't recommend enough, thank you so much!

GoogleVery friendly staff but we would look elsewhere to manage a letting. We went for the comprehensive package (the most expensive we found in Sheffield) as we were abroad and needed to be very hands off. Unfortunately, we found the support provided was below par, both for the tenants (eg waiting months in winter to send a tradesperson to look at a heating fault) and ourselves (eg around the deposit return negotiations, deducting from our monthly payment for work we didn’t know had been completed). Would definitely expect to get the same or better service elsewhere, and for cheaper.

GoogleI am delighted with the service provided by HAUS staff from the beginning to the end of my property purchase . They were very helpful and easy to approach and very professional. Julie was amazing updating myself with everything related to my purchase. I highly recommend HAUS for your property search.

GoogleExcellent. Offer to completion in eight weeks! We were extremely fortunate that the people who we bought from had chosen to sell with haus. We found Heather Slater first class in all our dealings. She was courteous, understanding and kept us updated regularly. Superb service, highly recommend.

GoogleFrom start to finish Haus provided an excellent service when selling our home! We mainly worked with Claire and Heather who were so friendly and on the end of the phone whenever we needed to speak with them. I would highly recommend Haus!

GoogleSelling a house is such a stressful experience especially if you are doing it from abroad. However, this was not the case for me as Haus Estate Agents especially Becky Ramsden made the whole process so easy. I can see why they were recommended to me and I am happy to recommend them to everyone too.

GoogleWe had a brilliant house viewing experience with Megan from Haus. Although we didn't go for the property, Megan made it an enjoyable, informative and reassuring experience, and we left feeling satisfied and very positive. She was attentive to all of our many many questions, gave a huge amount of knowledge about the property and the area and talked through everything clearly and in great detail. She came across as very professional and experienced, and is a credit to the Haus team. I will definitely be very eager to continue the process of shopping for our first home with Haus after our experience meeting Megan. Thank you!

GoogleHaving not purchased, or sold a property for over 25yrs, we contacted Heather at Haus to help steer us through the sales process. From the first call to the last, her (and her team's) communication was timely, well-informed, and extremely professional, yet had an air of familiarity and friendliness. Heather guided us through what was a difficult period, selling my late Mum's house - a bitter sweet period, dealt with sensitivity and genuine support throughout. They also advised on a suitable Solicitor for the conveyancing aspects and financial transactions, who were also at the top of their game. The whole process took very little time to achieve completion and we were kept updated by Haus's online portal - a daily check of all interested parties and general sales progress became our go-to dashboard! Haus couldn't have been easier to deal with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting sound advice with no pushy tactics involved. Extremely reasonably priced too and well worth every penny in my book. Thank you!
