The team at Harrison Hardie are absolutely wonderful. Victoria, Danielle and Annette are all agents who work with kindness, integrity and transparency which we are eternally grateful to have had during what is known as a stressful period in one's life. Buying and selling in a chain comes with its challenges but Victoria, Danielle and Annette were always the ones who came to the rescue - whether that was with words of reassurance and support or with actionable solutions that they dove straight into making happen. I say all of this, and I wasn't even their client, I was the buyer for their client! It just goes to show what a lovely bunch of human beings they are. The world needs more Harrison Hardies!

We have recently purchased a property through Harrison Hardie; this transaction would not have happened but for the attention to detail exhibited by Sara who has been managing our property search. We are very grateful and strongly recommend this agency from Victoria at the top through all her colleagues who have worked supporting us. Thank you, it will change our lives!

We recently completed on the sale of our property in Upper Rissington. It was a slightly complex sale owing to solicitor delays, questions about the leasehold and poor communication between solicitors. From our first (valuation) meeting with Hannah, through to finally handing over the keys on completion day to Sara, we had a totally positive experience with Harrison Hardie in Bourton. We dealt almost exclusively with Hannah, Sara and Natasha and they were all an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always responsive, always friendly and very efficient. Huge credit goes to Natasha for all her efforts in bridging the gap between the two solicitors and working tirelessly to try to push the exchange and completion through despite many obstacles. I would very much recommend Harrison Hardie to anyone looking to sell a property in the area. Thanks Hannah, Natasha and Sara!

Working with both Sharon and Jacob has been fantastic. Sharon is informative, diligent and a pleasure to deal with. Jacob on the property management side is equally diligent, uses initiative and is extremely reliable. I would recommend the team to anyone interested in the letting and management of properties in the area.

Harrison Hardie manage my buy-to-let property, and I recently worked closely with Sharon and Hannah on what turned out to be a very complicated and difficult decision. Their support was outstanding from start to finish. They approached the situation with absolute integrity and my best interests at heart, even though selling the property could have meant less income for H&H, in my case, there wouldn’t even have been a sales fee as I had a direct buyer. That level of honesty and care is rare and speaks volumes about their values. Sharon and Hannah reduced my stress, gave me space to think, and acted as a sounding board, sharing their knowledge and experience without ever making me feel like I was taking up too much of their time. They truly went above and beyond. In the end, I chose to keep the property and they will continue to manage it, and as a landlord this whole experience has only deepened my trust in them. Their integrity, personal touch, and expert knowledge make me so glad they are part of my property “team”. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harrison Hardie to anyone looking for property management or estate agent services.

Hannah, Victoria and the team have been extremely professional from the start. Being my main point of contact Hannah kept me informed and advised as necessary throughout the process. However in her absence each team member was attentive and helpful. Thank you Harrison Hardie for your support and I would recommend Harrison Hardie to anyone selling or buying a property in the area.

Harrison Hardie, Ella was our contact throughout the lettings process, she was very professional and knowledgable in her post as a lettings Agent. We were introduced to several potential tenants all of who had been checked through their system, it was difficult to decide who we should rent to as the selected list was extremely professional. Great Service from day one. Definitely use again. Top Agent.
