I had an excellent experience with Harrison Hardie, especially thanks to Guy and Ella, who were fantastic throughout the entire process. They were incredibly efficient and helped me move in at lightning speed, while still ensuring everything was handled properly and above board. Both were friendly, professional, down-to-earth, and genuinely supportive. What really stood out was the level of care. Even after I’d moved in, they continued to help with any questions or issues and always responded promptly. A few weeks later, they even checked in to see how I was settling, a small gesture, but one that felt genuinely thoughtful and made a real difference. I used several estate agents during my search (many of whom were very good), but Harrison Hardie (particularly Guy and Ella) were the best by far. I have no hesitation recommending them and would definitely use them again.

The team at Harrison Hardie are absolutely wonderful. Victoria, Danielle and Annette are all agents who work with kindness, integrity and transparency which we are eternally grateful to have had during what is known as a stressful period in one's life. Buying and selling in a chain comes with its challenges but Victoria, Danielle and Annette were always the ones who came to the rescue - whether that was with words of reassurance and support or with actionable solutions that they dove straight into making happen. I say all of this, and I wasn't even their client, I was the buyer for their client! It just goes to show what a lovely bunch of human beings they are. The world needs more Harrison Hardies!

I would recommend using Harrison Hardie entirely. From the very beginning there detail and service has been fantastic. The photographs to details on when and how we go on the market to viewings and communication. We are still currently in the processing of selling our property with them and any issue that has arisen Danielle has has a solution. Amy and Danielle made our first time buying a house an easy and pleasurable experience. My partner and I were really struggling to find a property, we were getting a bit bogged down from previous estate agents not being so helpful. Amy and Danielle were both really supportive, happy to take all our calls, answer our emails and even said if the offer wasn't accepted they would help us find another house. We sold our property in Moreton through HJH in May 2021 and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to do the same. Martin and Amy were professional and responsive, especially as I was chasing hard to push the deal through ahead of the stamp duty holiday coming to an end. Phone calls or e mails were nearly always responded to the same day and I was kept informed regarding key developments. HJH also provided an effective channel to our purchasers, rather than creating a delay, as can be the case with many estate agents The valuaiton, initial listing and photographs were arranged in just a couple of weeks. Viewings were then arranged and conducted in a timely and safe manner. Time wasters were avoided and it took just a few weeks for us to secure and then complete a sale at the full asking price. We were forced to change our intended purchase, due to an overly sedentary vendor, but HJH accommodated this without a pause and we still completed the deal well ahead of my deadline. Their recommendation to use Thomas Legal for the conveyancing also proved to be a masterstroke. Moving house is a very stressful experience, but working with HJH kept this to manageable levels and we are now very happy in our new home.PositiveProfessionalism
