GoogleAn excellent experience with Harrison Hardie. They have a great app so you can track viewings and the staff are easy to deal with, personable, professional and very efficient. They were a significant factor in achieving exchange of contracts - far more proactive and responsive than the solicitors! The only thing to mention is check their Ts and Cs carefully. It was a little cheeky to try to charge a significant % fee if the seller withdraws from the transaction once a sale has been agreed in principle with a buyer. They were, however, happy to take out this clause at my request.

GoogleDon't use this company unless you're a landlord!!!! We never got any of our issues addressed and only got half our deposit back due to issues that were already there before we moved in. There's no pressure on the landlord to fix anything and a very slow communication channel with the company. Will not be using again. Bring back Harry! He was amazing with the move in process, but it was downhill from there.

We couldn’t rave on more about her. Moving from out of the country can be very complicated but she made the process seamless for us. GoogleAfter trialing another estate agent for 6 months with no joy, we signed up with HJH in March 2020. James was brilliant to deal with during covid lockdowns and kept us informed weekly about what they were doing as an agency and generally what was happening with the market. We were able to make decisions about when to take the property off and try again, and each time all the staff went above and beyond to try and sell. When we finally did agree a buyer in summer 2021 we were handed to Sophie for our plot progression, and I really do think if it wasn't for her our sale wouldn't have completed. We had difficult circumstances with having staircased our shared ownership property and the solicitor incorrectly updating land registry, but Sophie was able to keep our buyer up to date and calm whilst we worked through trying to fix things. She has always been polite and friendly, and went far above what we expected of her. We really couldn't recommend their team enough, and having worked in the industry, their service is far superior to many many other agents in the area. We can never say thank you enough. You really do get what you pay for and although their fees are a little higher than some other local agents she got me the full asking price for my property and ensured a smooth transaction. GoogleJust moved into our first home and HJ&H, especially Sophie Williams, made the process so much smoother. Although it took over 6 months to complete, which was caused by solicitors, they were constantly chasing everyone and keeping us updated with what was going on. They were very responsive to phone calls and emails, and they do so whilst being very friendly.
