GoogleMe and partner, contacted the office in witham as we located a house that we really liked and decided it would be worth a look. I recieved a call back from Jim the sales manager , Jim proceeded to arrange a viewing for the property. while being in the area Jim also arranged for other viewings to take place for simular properties. I can honestly say that the whole experience has been very good and Jim has been brilliant from start to finish as nothing ever seems to be a bother. GoogleArranged a viewing on a property for Saturday morning and Laura kindly moved her diary around to accommodate the time I could do. The property I viewed was lovely. Whilst at the property, Laura informed me of an alternate property just coming available. I suggested I drive round to see the area before arranging to view. I did so and text Laura to ask to view, who managed to fit me in that lunchtime. The house was perfect for what I was looking for and have since secured a deal. Fantastic customer service. All in all, I have been treated professionally and am very pleased with the progress so far. GoogleWe placed our property with Harris + Wood in Witham to sell and were blown away by the service provided. We went multiagency and these guys blew the 'competition' out of the water; they're 'active' rather than 'reactive' agents who actively seek out buyers rather than just wait for the phone to ring after posting some pretty pictures on Rightmove. Jim & Steve have a fantastic team that work for them and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with everyone there. Harris + Wood are professional, polite, hands on, extremely responsive and great quality. GoogleHarris Wood sets the standards other Estate Agents should seek to aspire to. I switched to Harris Wood after a negative experience with another Estate Agent in Witham who failed to sell my property or on many occasions even bother to screen prospective buyers which meant many of the people who viewed my property were just time wasters who were just "window shopping" and not in a position to purchase. From the very word go the difference in service & professionalism was immense which resulted in Harris Wood selling my property in 5 weeks compared with nearly 5 months with the previous estate agent. I just wished I had gone to Harris Wood in the first instance and I can only recommend them to you as Steve, Jim & Laura are excellent and you couldn't wish to deal with nicer people, nothing was to much trouble for themPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Excellent service from the off with a very competitive rate. The team were great and my property sold instantly at my chosen value. I was exceptionally pleased.
