GoogleI WAS RECOMMENDED THAT I TRY THIS NEW TO WITHAM PROPERTY AGENCY HARRIS +WOOD AND SO FAR I HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED. HAD TWO AGENTS COME AND DO A VALUATION. NO HARD SELL LIKE SOME COMPANYS. LIKE TELLING YOU HOW GOOD THAY ARE .(THAT DONT SELL YOUR HOUSE) EXPLAINED TO ME EXACTLY HOW THINGS WORK .AS BEEN 20 YEARS SINCE I HAVE BEEN IN THIS POSITION. SOLD MY HOUSE IN A WEEK. AT A GREAT PRICE. ALWAYS KEEPING ME INFORMED OF EVERYTHING EVEN TELLING ME WE CAN SLOW THINGS DOWN IF MOVING TO FAST AS I RECENTLY LOST MY HUSBAND. THE SUPPORT HAS BEEN AMAZING. GoogleHarris & Woods photographer James Bouckley went above & beyond when he came to take the photos he was so professional & friendly such a lovely guy, he took a genuine interest & even took some professional photos of my pet dog & sent them to me after as a keepsake which I thought was so lovely & I will be getting framed as they came out perfect I’m so happy with them Steve the guy who came to value our house was really knowledgeable & friendly not pushy & very professional, we sold in two hours on an open day - so pleased with the service.

The awareness of the local area and some pointers was really helpful and Jim managed all of the offer negotiation process fantastically, especially as I was largely caught up at work during this! GoogleEverything about this company has worked. The initial meeting we had with the director about putting the house on the market was an honest and fair discussion. Then, when the house went on the market Laura was fantastic at arranging these around us and constantly kept us in the loop. Once we sold we moved onto the sales progression team. Our sale became extremely challenging due to multiple factors out of everyone's control however with Emily W, Emily P and Lisa they kept us as calm as they could and updated us any time we needed an update, then when deadlines were being reached they worked tirelessly to ensure we exchanged. These three are a particular credit to Harris + Wood and I would thoroughly recommend using this company for any future sales.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleJim and Laura have been absolutely fantastic during our very long moving process. They weren’t pushy and were really helpful offering advice and guidance during the entire process. Our house was valued perfectly (twice) It was like having your friends as estate agents. Of all the estate agents we came into contact with they were definitely the best.
