Diabolical in keeping bidders updated. Offered asking price on a property. Only then to find it's been readvertised as a different lot without being informed. Lack of professional courtesy. Hope homeowners are aware of the dreadful communication. 👎 …

We are sorry to hear of your frustration and we do sympathise, however, our clients are in receipt of multiple offers and we are awaiting their instructions as to how they want to proceed. The property has certainly not been advertised as a 'different lot', we do not quite understand this comment. More than happy to talk it through but we can not give you a response to your offer without hearing back from the 'homeowners'.

Halls have been wonderful to deal with throughout our search for a new home in Shropshire. All dealings with staff are thoroughly professional and Jo has been absolutely amazing and supportive throughout. She responds to emails even when on holiday and she's been excellent at getting answers to all of our questions and liaising with solicitors. Jo has looked after us so well and she clearly cares about the buyers as well as the vendors. We can't fault the service we've received and we can't recommend Halls highly enough. Thank you to everyone at Halls.

Blown away by the incredible service we got from Sean and Charlotte at Halls letting in Ellesmere, they made what was a very stressful and difficult time for our family so easy. They are an absolute breath of fresh air and genuinely cared about finding us our perfect new home, as well as being friendly and professional, not to mention are always quick to reply to emails and they actually ring you back when they say they will! Halls Ellesmere, especially Jo Amos, have been outstanding whilst dealing with the sale of our family home for my elderly parents. Prior to my house purchase, I’d been to a handful of viewings with Halls and they’ve been great from the very beginning. Being a first time buyer, I didn’t have much knowledge about a lot of the process but Jo and the team were so helpful with thoroughly explaining things. We encountered some bumps in the road with the solicitors but Halls continued to chase responses, and in a timely manner, kept me fully updated with any progress that was made. I would totally put my trust in Halls in the future if and when I decide to sell.

They are the best estate agents I have dealt with. I have bought via Halls and sold 3 houses via Halls in Oswestry. What is so important is a) do you follow up and b) when you get to the end game negotiation they are on top of it. Cannot fault them, all credit to the team. They sold Smithy 290K Stonehouse 750K and now Bostock 950K, (and they are reasonable, but if they were the same price as S&P I would still use them).PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
