Nothing was too much trouble and their guidance was invaluable and timely when our house 'went viral' overnight! Great support throughout the process and especially at exchange and completion. (unfortunately the first sale fell through right at the very end and so we had to relist it) and then buying our next property through them as well, there was always someone on the end of the phone or replying to emails in a helpful and friendly manner. We were so impressed that we are using the Oswestry office to sell another property we own for us.

GoogleWe moved our rentals to Halls some months ago. Since doing so we have found them first and foremost professional, secondly helpful and always available to listen and advise and finally friendly. Invoices on time and always make sure that we are informed of any problems. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them as letting managers.

GoogleRegret using this company to sell our house due to complete lack of communication. In fact the person dealing with our sale only worked part time and weeks went by without any updates from the company at all. Compared to the estate agent we purchased our new house from, Halls standard of service was sadly lacking. In view of my experience I could not recommend Halls.

GoogleSam and associates at Halls property group have managed several properties for myself and my partner for 4 years now. She achieved good rents and the selected tennants have all proved very reliable with rent and respect for the properties. indeed they have remained in first class order. Sam is quick to alert us to any issues and can support with immediately dealing with any maintainance needs. Sam does not cut corners so you will not be vulnerable to tennant complaints or fall foul of legislation. Her landlord insurance is affordable and offers security. We get regular updates following checks

GoogleHalls Property Group have been exceptional. I live in Cyprus and when my Mother passed away I rented her house with Halls Property and I have not had to worry about a thing. Being so far away it is difficult to arrange any services like inspections and repairs but just a quick phone call and they arrange everything. First Class service and highly recommended.

I can reach them any time of day shlould I need them and (to date) I have never had any issues with any of the tenants placed in my properties unlike my previous management company.
