I have recently dealt with H2L lettings nuneaton alongside my farther in law finding him a property.
I hadn't heard of them before so I was a little sceptical.
They were absolutely fantastic to deal with nothing was too much trouble and they were at the end of the telephone and email for anything we needed.
They worked hard to make the process of moving as stress free as possible for us.
I have since recommended H2L lettings to family and friends and cannot praise them enough.
Thank you for all your help, hard work and support with everything. I hope to see you again in the future and you will be the first agency we come to should be require any further properties.

We dealt with Carl and his team at the Meriden office, and I can honestly say it is the best experience with a letting agent I have had (having had 5 previous, different agents).
Firstly, when we got in touch Carl assured us that H2L do not operate a first-come first-served policy when it comes to letting out properties, and that they are keen to pair the right landlord with the right tenant. When we undertook the viewing, this became very apparent as we were allocated a large time slot to see the property, and we did not feel in the least bit rushed. Previous experiences elsewhere have been short and sharp, followed by a quick “let me know when you want to make an application”, however here, we were afforded time and space to consider our decision properly.
The other thing I liked about Carl and how H2L operated initially was that he was perfectly up front with target move in dates, fees and other considerations. As a result, when we did move in, we felt confident we could express some of the forces working on us, and between ourselves and the landlord, with H2L facilitating were able to come to a very amicable agreement for all parties. Following that, the application process was transparent, quick and very easy.
On our move in date, due to some technical issues, our paperwork was delayed in being produced, however Carl bent over backwards to ensure we got our keys on time, and met us at the property out of hours to ensure we had the keys when he had committed to. This shows excellent dedication and commitment to customer service.
Overall, I cannot really fault our experiences working with H2L to date. The communication and desire to do a good job has been very welcome, and we look forward to a long and happy time in our property!

Upon viewing the property Karl was very knowledgeable and informative, as well as being very honest about any potential issues. The application process was pain free, and any queries dealt with efficiently. On moving in day Karl explained and showed us everything we needed to know, and since moving in any issues have been dealt with instantly.

After viewing a number of other properties we were beginning to get quite frustrated with the whole process. We then however came across a rental property available with H2L. The process to arrange a viewing was easy and straight forward. We were met at the property by Karl who was fantastic. He was professional, friendly and easy to deal with. He spent a lot of time introducing us to the property as well as the local area. Upon deciding to proceed, we found the whole process quick, easy and professional and compared to other agents their fees were very reasonable. The tenancy was tied up in matter of days, and the moving in process was as simple and efficient as the rest of the process. All round a great service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

He was on time and very chatty and gave us great local knowledge, which was wonderful as we are new to the area. Sadly the property we went to view just wasn't right for us which is a shame. I had phoned and left a voicemail with the company which they got back to me in a matter of 15 minutes. They managed to organise a viewing a couple of days before which was perfect for me. I was met by Karl, the gentleman that dealt with me on the phone. Karl was very well presentable and in time. Karl was a fountain of knowledge on the local area and helped us a lot as I came from Swansea and my girlfriend came from Bournemouth. The flat was very well presented and clean. Karl told us all about the application and the additional cost, not leaving a stone unturned. Overall it was a great experience viewing our first property and it was all down to Karl and the staff at H2L.
