I have nothing but positive feedback for H2L lettings. This was the first property myself and my partner had rented, from the very first phone call H2L have been extremely helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed our first viewing with them and they have made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole process, from application to our move-in day recently. As first time renters we had lots of questions and H2L were very good in answering us and helping with any further queries. The whole process was quick and simple and for first time renters this made us feel much more at ease. We kept up to date with any progress in our application and the next steps, when it came to move-in day the landlord and letting agent made us feel at ease. I would definitely recommend H2L to friends.

Gary and the team at H2L were so helpful when me and my sister decided to view a property to rent. It has taken a while from the initial viewing to moving in due to the landlord re decorating and laying a new carpet but the team kept us informed throughout the whole process and when we were finally offered the house they werw just as excited as us! Straight from arriving at the property, Gary, was very friendly and even though I was early, showed me around the property to save me waiting. Due to my circumstances, coming from owning my own property and going back to renting, I was apprehensive about the move. Gary made me feel very at ease with it all and happy with the area and neighbours in the building. I would definitely recommend as it has been a very easy and pleasant experience throughout.

I think the way everything is handled at H2l was brilliant the agents that sorted all our paper work and signing the agreement was spot on very clear and well explained. Sometimes it can be a nightmare to get hold of anyone but they always do get back to you that day if you leave a voice mail

I have recently dealt with H2L lettings nuneaton alongside my farther in law finding him a property. I hadn't heard of them before so I was a little sceptical. They were absolutely fantastic to deal with nothing was too much trouble and they were at the end of the telephone and email for anything we needed. They worked hard to make the process of moving as stress free as possible for us. I have since recommended H2L lettings to family and friends and cannot praise them enough. We dealt with Carl and his team at the Meriden office, and I can honestly say it is the best experience with a letting agent I have had (having had 5 previous, different agents). Firstly, when we got in touch Carl assured us that H2L do not operate a first-come first-served policy when it comes to letting out properties, and that they are keen to pair the right landlord with the right tenant. When we undertook the viewing, this became very apparent as we were allocated a large time slot to see the property, and we did not feel in the least bit rushed. Previous experiences elsewhere have been short and sharp, followed by a quick “let me know when you want to make an application”, however here, we were afforded time and space to consider our decision properly. The other thing I liked about Carl and how H2L operated initially was that he was perfectly up front with target move in dates, fees and other considerations. As a result, when we did move in, we felt confident we could express some of the forces working on us, and between ourselves and the landlord, with H2L facilitating were able to come to a very amicable agreement for all parties. Following that, the application process was transparent, quick and very easy. On our move in date, due to some technical issues, our paperwork was delayed in being produced, however Carl bent over backwards to ensure we got our keys on time, and met us at the property out of hours to ensure we had the keys when he had committed to. This shows excellent dedication and commitment to customer service. Overall, I cannot really fault our experiences working with H2L to date. The communication and desire to do a good job has been very welcome, and we look forward to a long and happy time in our property!

From the day we viewed the property to moving in day the service we have received has been outstanding. Upon viewing the property Karl was very knowledgeable and informative, as well as being very honest about any potential issues. The application process was pain free, and any queries dealt with efficiently. On moving in day Karl explained and showed us everything we needed to know, and since moving in any issues have been dealt with instantly. Five stars!

After viewing a number of other properties we were beginning to get quite frustrated with the whole process. We then however came across a rental property available with H2L. The process to arrange a viewing was easy and straight forward. We were met at the property by Karl who was fantastic. He was professional, friendly and easy to deal with. He spent a lot of time introducing us to the property as well as the local area. Upon deciding to proceed, we found the whole process quick, easy and professional and compared to other agents their fees were very reasonable. The tenancy was tied up in matter of days, and the moving in process was as simple and efficient as the rest of the process. All round a great service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
