Straight from arriving at the property, Gary, was very friendly and even though I was early, showed me around the property to save me waiting.
Due to my circumstances, coming from owning my own property and going back to renting, I was apprehensive about the move. Gary made me feel very at ease with it all and happy with the area and neighbours in the building.
I would definitely recommend as it has been a very easy and pleasant experience throughout.

From the day we viewed the property to moving in day the service we have received has been outstanding.
Upon viewing the property Karl was very knowledgeable and informative, as well as being very honest about any potential issues. The application process was pain free, and any queries dealt with efficiently. On moving in day Karl explained and showed us everything we needed to know, and since moving in any issues have been dealt with instantly.

I had phoned and left a voicemail with the company which they got back to me in a matter of 15 minutes. They managed to organise a viewing a couple of days before which was perfect for me. I was met by Karl, the gentleman that dealt with me on the phone. Karl was very well presentable and in time. Karl was a fountain of knowledge on the local area and helped us a lot as I came from Swansea and my girlfriend came from Bournemouth. The flat was very well presented and clean. Karl told us all about the application and the additional cost, not leaving a stone unturned. Overall it was a great experience viewing our first property and it was all down to Karl and the staff at H2L.

Gary and the team at H2L were so helpful when me and my sister decided to view a property to rent. It has taken a while from the initial viewing to moving in due to the landlord re decorating and laying a new carpet but the team kept us informed throughout the whole process and when we were finally offered the house they werw just as excited as us!

I have recently dealt with H2L lettings nuneaton alongside my farther in law finding him a property.
I hadn't heard of them before so I was a little sceptical.
They were absolutely fantastic to deal with nothing was too much trouble and they were at the end of the telephone and email for anything we needed.
They worked hard to make the process of moving as stress free as possible for us.
I have since recommended H2L lettings to family and friends and cannot praise them enough.

After viewing a number of other properties we were beginning to get quite frustrated with the whole process. We then however came across a rental property available with H2L. The process to arrange a viewing was easy and straight forward. We were met at the property by Karl who was fantastic. He was professional, friendly and easy to deal with. He spent a lot of time introducing us to the property as well as the local area. Upon deciding to proceed, we found the whole process quick, easy and professional and compared to other agents their fees were very reasonable. The tenancy was tied up in matter of days, and the moving in process was as simple and efficient as the rest of the process. All round a great service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The company were very helpful with the entire move from start to finish, although there was a slight problem with the move it self H2L kept me and my partner in the loop which gave us peace of mind knowing what is going on and what was happening with the property, this was very helpful as we were not left in the dark about the situation.

I'm really happy with the level and quality of service I received from H2L.. Carl, with whom I conducted all of my business, is very friendly, attentive of my needs and always put a smile on my face even if the news were not always good.
Their communication is fast and efficient. If you need them they are there.
Their local knowledge and judgement are sound and they are not afraid to use all the tools at their disposal.
It took a bit longer than I expected to actually find a tenant but as I'm still relatively inexperienced at being a landlord, I'm sure I can improve in my timings.
I will certainly use them again in the future.

the the property and service we received throughout was excellent. We met a man called Karl at the flat. He was on time and very chatty and gave us great local knowledge, which was wonderful as we are new to the area. Sadly the property we went to view just wasn't right for us which is a shame. However from the experience we've recieved to date I would definitely recommend H2L as they seemed very genuine and helped as much as they could by providing us with information on other properties that suited better.
