From our very first meeting with Jason it was obvious he had a considerable depth of local knowledge and had a wonderful personality which made us feel comfortable and reassured that we had chosen wisely. Michelle, the branch manager,had involvement with the appointments to ensure all went smoothly and we were regularly updated with any progress. GoogleWe signed a contract for 12 weeks which resulted in one offer, which was withdrawn at the last minute. We then went with an independent online team who achieved a sale in 3 days.

GoogleWe dealt with our purchase mainly through Taylor and Trevor when Taylor was not available. Both provided a clean and easy experience for us both. We recently had a purchase fall through just before exchange. We then viewed a property through Griffin and decided to purchase despite the recent experience. The comparison between experiences post offer is night and day. Every question has been answered, they have followed up with care. Easy to say if we decide to move and sell in the future we will use Griffin immediately.
