GoogleAvoid this agency as much as you can. Just steal your money basically. Down hundreds of pounds at the end of our tenancy even though we never agreed to any money being released as a deposit. Appalled at the customer service. Absolutely disgusting with the way they went about everything. Also funny how they 'cant verify' any of the negative reviews, it's never their fault is it. Do yourself a favour and go with someone else. It's really not worth the headache.
Dear Mashal Sadiq, We understand you were tenants that we introduced to a landlord client, who then administered the tenancy and registered your deposit directly as landlords are entitled to do. Part of being a tenant is that you need to pay your rent in line with your tenancy agreement and if you wish to enact a break clause you need to do so in line with your contractual terms. It is false and defamatory to suggest that we 'just steal your money'. We administer hundreds of rental agreements every year, the vast majority of tenants pay their rent in line with the agreement and respond to our communications when we need to facilitate agreements between them and their landlord. There are over 125 separate pieces of legislation in the management of private rental properties and we need to adhere to the contractual arrangements that govern these agreements while protecting the interests of our client, the landlord. At the same time from the hundreds of rental agreements we do yearly, and we collect over £8m in rent on behalf of clients on annual basis, we try to do our job as fairly and reasonably possible to tenants, many of whom go on and leave us a positive reviews. We are thankful for these positive reviews given as an independent business employing over 20 colleagues our reputation is really important to us in growing and sustaining our company. You may wish to consider your review and if any falsehoods contained within it may be unfairly prejudicing our business.

GoogleWe didn't manage to secure a flat through Go View in the end, but I must say we were very happy with the help and service we received from Jesal while searching for a place. Jesal was exceptional in communicating to us, kept us updated with new properties thoroughly selected in line with our search criteria and was professional in his approach.

GooglePoor customer service The new strategy of agency is to receive holding deposit for 1 week and after 8 hours they call you for a higher monthly price rent, because the landlord wants a higher price than you offered. !!!Do not pay a holding deposit to reserve the property with this agency!!!
Unfortunately, you may have missed out on a property. Any holding deposit is returned to you. We are sure that you are aware that the client is the landlord/vendor of the property, if we put an offer forward without a commitment to proceed from the prospective tenant then this not fulfilling the duty of care to our client. We are sorry that you experienced frustration at the process.

It didn’t work in the end but he got in touch to see what else could be done for me. I finally felt like I could set the record straight and like I was talking to someone who actually cared about doing a good job. For the first time I remember thinking: “maybe I will make it this time!” This is what I loved about Jesal’s approach: professionalism and empathy. He’s always been available, always went the extra mile and never made me feel silly for the thousand questions I had. Despite the challenges of negotiating the price, he was the best mediator between my wishes and the Landlord’s and kept reassuring me that we would find the best solution. GoogleI enquired about a property and my questions were completely ignored until I called the agent out for ignoring my questions and immediately jumping into asking for sensitive information. The prices of their rents doesn't correspond with the quality of their service.
