GoogleWhat a poor excuse of a property management agency. Think twice before you use them. Rude, lazy team. Endless issues throughout our tenancy, I am so happy we no longer have to deal with them. Dear Pedram Rasti We understand you were tenants that we introduced to a landlord client, who then administered the tenancy and registered your deposit directly as landlords are entitled to do. Part of being a tenant is that you need to pay your rent in line with your tenancy agreement and if you wish to enact a break clause you need to do so in line with your contractual terms. The picture you paint is false and defamatory and you may wish to reconsider your review. We administer hundreds of rental agreements every year, the vast majority of tenants pay their rent in line with the agreement and respond to our communications when we need to facilitate agreements between them and their landlord. There are over 125 separate pieces of legislation in the management of private rental properties and we need to adhere to the contractual arrangements that govern these agreements while protecting the interests of our client, the landlord. At the same time from the hundreds of rental agreements we do yearly, and we collect over £8m in rent on behalf of clients on annual basis, we try to do our job as fairly and reasonably possible to tenants, many of whom go on and leave us a positive reviews. We are thankful for these positive reviews given as an independent business employing over 20 colleagues our reputation is really important to us in growing and sustaining our company. You may wish to consider your review and if any falsehoods contained within it may be unfairly prejudicing our business.

GoogleWord of warning to those considering renting through GoView -- don't do it! We have just ended a year-long litigation process with this estate agency following the end of our tenancy. For many years we rented through GoView. When we didn't have to deal with their property management team, we were quite content. However, things went sour when a property we rented was managed by the GoView and not the landlord directly. The team was unresponsive, belligerent, and dishonest. We experienced numerous issues throughout our tenancy, from mice in the flat to no heating for a month (during winter) to broken white goods that went unrepaired. Not to mention the lack of respect for our privacy and quiet enjoyment of our home, verbal attacks, and unchecked aggression. Despite attempts to escalate matters to Bryan Light, he remained spineless and silent on matters. Fortunately, we knew our rights (and the law) and refused to give in to their bullying tactics. Joanna in particular is a nasty piece of work and should not be in a client-facing role. With no real experience outside of GoView, the title of "Head of Property Management" is meaningless. GoogleLack of customer focus - just good on sales, once the deal is done they no longer care nor invest any time in the customer's experience. I am sure they must have a great sales team, I can not complain about the person that helped me find my rental property. But from that point on, whenever you need to deal with them on any contract updates or additional day to day requests they will be unresponsive or very brief and unprofessional in replying - this has happened on several occasions.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

It was a complicated transaction that required a lot of chasing up, unexpected paperwork, and various other twists and turns. Throughout the process Michael was our guide, friend and ever-helpful advisor. It would have been difficult to get this transaction done without him. Most important, he was always responsive, whether it was to chase something up or return a call. Equally important, I trusted him even though he was officially representing the seller of the property. So thank you, Michael. GoogleMy experience with Go View London was excellent. I was in a difficult situation of having less than a month to find a suitable property to rent. The agent who dealt with my requested, Adam, was not intimidated by the challenge at all, and by the next day! I had viewed several properties, which were all in good repair and suitable for my budget. As I was already short on time, I made the situation even more difficult by only choosing one of the properties out of my selection, and still I felt that every effort was made to fulfil my requests, rather than palm me of on a property I didn't really love. In the end I went with another property, but the service was excellent throughout. After we had finished our business Adam was still helpful by offering to help me if any problems arose in the future, and made no problem with refunding the deposit I had payed for the service. GoogleRegarding go view London Left a holding deposit Tuesday Morning 3 weeks ago with Go View London & Jay nearly 500.00 July 2020 Never followed up with me for 2 days after I sent the deposit or 2 pre contract agreements which mean nothing to them which we spoke on the phone, documents I returned paid and signed within an hour ?. - Never finalised sale it or even followed up to tell me different.. - 2 weeks later no response back or money returned A disgrace being honest never seen anything like it can't put it into words extremely disappointing!. Wasted alot of my time and money and I gave so many chances and was constantly let down. Never again springs to mind.
Dear Jordan, We are sorry you experienced this delay it is not standard practice and this has been explained to you by our Lettings Manager. We run an exceptionally busy, independent estate agency. It is a system that administers hundreds of tenancies a year and works exceptionally well in the main with little or no complaints - as you can see from the reviews on this platform. It is a system that automates refunds within 3 working days, and this involves only a couple of interactions with a colleague to administer the payment return. Upon a feedback meeting with the colleague responsible it was decided that estate agency was not the career for them and they have moved on. We can only apologise for the distress caused to you on this occasion, it's not how applicants are dealt with in the vast majority of cases, but rest assured we have learned from the experience. GoogleGoview were really focused on getting good results and were able to secure multiple offers on the property very quickly, through focused sales activity and customer database. Michael is extremely experienced and knows the market inside out. Would recommend them to sell your property. Louis was the agent on my actual sale and he was really focused and good on communication. Both were a pleasure to work with and I’m glad I chose goview to sell my flat.
