GoogleAgent did not show up to the appointment and I was waiting outside the house in the freezing cold for an hour. Agent name was SANDRA and of course they don't keep your name on the system when it doesn't suit them.
Agent replied
We have no context to this and this name is not our system. Please email hello@goviewlondon.co.uk and we can look at this further. As an independent business one star reviews can hamper our reputation and we are keen to rectify any issues.

GoogleJesal was extremely professional and attentive to our situation. When landlord of the first property we looked at proved to be unresponsive, he kept us updated every step of the way and immediately got us in touch with the other property we were interested in. Once we decided on a flat, all of the paperwork was quickly handled and move in was seamless. 100% recommend getting in touch with them if you're looking to rent in Ealing!

GoogleThanks to Ramona I managed to find the perfect flat in a great area, she was very professional and always present in case of need. She took care of showing me the house and starting the whole procedure. The negotiation was then concluded by another colleague Nick, who was also kind and helpful.

GoogleBefore Go View reply 'we have checked our records and can't find a customer with your name...', I will ask, why would somebody post using their real name? I had a brief tenancy with Go View, they were hopeless. Rented a property with Go View, it had a mouldy mattress, over bearing landlord, oven didn't work properly, the property was damp, and there were several other issues. In short, avoid this company like the plague and don't believe all the positive reviews. I've made numerous reviews on Google, I give positive feedback where deserved and negative feedback where deserved. Go View certainly deserve my negative feedback and I would urge everybody to avoid this company.

Hi Mr Doe, and yes we don't have any record of you. Respecting your preference to post under a unrelated profile name, all we can add is that we are not responsible for individual landlord behaviors and while we try and ensure we only work with competent and reasonable landlords clearly our role is to broker the overall transaction. We are sorry you had a bad experience in the property and wish you all the best for the future.

GoogleJesal was very quick and helpful when providing with property details. We managed to hear about it prior to it being officially posted on property lettings websites, scheduled a quick viewing. The process of making offer and getting the property was very thorough, everything was explained step by step. Our questions were answered quickly when asked and we were happy and satisfied with all the answers and services.
