Mine and my husband's experience was with Deborah Kirtland Gleeson Homes at Monarch Green site.We purchased a property from Deborah who was an absolute joy to be dealing with from start to finish. We received a top class professional service and every step of the way we were helped, prompted and encouraged to fulfill the purchase and move-in journey as smoothly as possible. All questions we asked were answered and we felt totally reassured. The after sales is still ongoing which gives us peace of mind. Amaara was brilliant!

Myself and my partner decided to purchase our first home this year, Amaara was amazing, helping us decide on the type of house, showing us potential plots and being really transparent with the pros and cons of the plots based on what we were wanting. Ultimately this led to us purchasing our first home with Amaara. We have now moved in and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the home and the privacy of our chosen plot. Gleesons bungalows lovely

So we seen a bungalow on right move at the woodlands it’s a gleesons build and we thought no harm to go and look. The lady “Deborah” was great really helpful nothing was a bother. No pressure no hard sell just you know nice. Anyway she answered all our questions then told us to go look at the show bungalow only a few miles away. They are very nice and great layout looks like we need to pick a plot.

Could have been a lot smoother

I like the house and my plot but could have been much much smoother.Gleeson push and push completion only for me to complete on an incomplete house. Over 130 issues were identified upon receiving the keys delaying my move while they tried to rectify the long list of defects. Carpenters, painters, decorators, plumbers, ground workers, brick layers, window fitters all attended.I finally move in after waiting for over a month to sort out all the other issues to find a damaged window which they now accuse me of doing. Disgusted really. Didn’t spend over 250k on a house for damaged windows. Thought it was a new house Gleeson? Would like to thank finisher Alan and Tony for their efforts - although the house should have been finished before I got the keys!Next doors path was laid too high and is level with my damp proof course which isn’t to code so still waiting to see about that.

Great pre AND after sales experience!

After reading a lot of negative reviews regarding after sales care, I wanted to post about my recent experience with gleeson. We have been in the property for 2 months now. I used a professional snagging service pre completion but completed before all corrections were made. Since then, most of the list has been completed. Gleeson have a dedicated follow up team who call you to follow up on your experience and discuss your snagging list. I was provided the mobile number of the 2 site managers when we moved in incase of any issues. The team have responded quickly to everything raised. They have been the ones chasing to get hold of me to sort the list of minor corrections out. I have been really happy with the experience as a whole. We have a lot of house for our budget, and so far without compromise.

Karen Woolley at Vickers Grange couldn’t have been more supportive! From the outset she explained and helped me and my partner as we’d never sold a property before and it was very overwhelming. Although we didn’t end up purchasing her plot, we didn’t feel like we had wasted her time. We visited the show house multiple times, and spoke with Karen about our current situation and she advised us of next steps. Due to Karen’s helpfulness we’re not ruling out Gleeson properties completely, it’s just unfortunate that the plot available at Vickers Grange wasn’t quite suitable. Once again, thank you Karen!
