GoogleThe lettings team at Gibbs Gillespie based in Pinner are outstanding in their professionalism and courteous behaviour. Mathew Merchant leads in an attitude that "nothing is too much trouble" when you need his help. I am always secure knowing that my property is in his professional and caring hands. With legislation changing constantly it is wonderful having such a knowledgeable and professional member of staff who will always patiently give you his support.

GoogleI highly recommend the services of Matthew and his team from the Pinner lettings branch. Recently engaged we were looking for a flat to rent with my fiance as our first home and Matthew and Jaimina went the extra mile to help us with everything. They were really focused on finding us the right property and to be honest we ended up moving in to a much better flat than we originally wanted all thanks to the expertise and professionalism of Matthew. This was the first property we rented trough an agency so we had our doubts before but the team made this so easy for us. They guided us all the way in this process, kept in contact all the time and whenever they needed to they went the extra mile for us. Gibbs Gillespie highly recommended by us! Friendly, professional manner and they really did put the hard work in!

GoogleStarted out well was told we could have the house then landlord changed his mind and gave it to another person which now leaves me with no where to live and Gibbs Gillespie do not care

GoogleBunch of amateurs,very slow response to emergencies such a burst pipe in my flat ,or broken lock in front doors which take 1 month(!) to repair. Yes ,one month Avoid!
