I have had the worst experience with GG. 1st i call to speak to manager Matthew and he is always busy so leave message to call me when free i waited few days no call so called back busy again no call back so i sent email no reply to email. Few weeks later called again and he answered and he did not appologise for any inconvenience. 2nd i terminated my tenancy agreement and form was signed by me and landlord to release my deposit and they said they will action this immediately now im waiting a week and still not received my money. When i called yesterday they can not find my form which was signed by myself and landlord again no appologies. Either re-train your staff or close down as your service is very bad and poor management

I first used the Pinner lettings branch in June 2016 while heavily pregnant with my twins, having had to move from my smaller place and sell it. Matthew and his team went above and beyond to help me secure a 4 bedroom house in the area quickly and professionally with only months to go before the babies were born. Matthew has continued to go above and beyond whether it’s a query or question even those about my own house, nothing is too much! I’m not sure where I’ll buy long term and when I approached Matthew again to find a smaller 3 bedroom house with a bigger garden this spring until I decide, a property was found and secured within days! Great team, impeccable service, professional but along with that genuinely friendly and helpful. I for one can’t thank this office headed up by Matthew enough and would highly recommend.

I have been a long term client of Gibbs Gillespie. I purchased my second property in 2005, moved in and rented the other through themselves. A few years later, I moved overseas because of work and family commitments. At that time, I knew that Gibbs Gillespie would take care of the properties through their hard work and dedication. While living and working overseas The lettings manager Matthew Marchant and his experienced team, from the beginning have put my mind at ease. It's been 12 years since I rented my first property, nearly 8 years for the other. Through this period, tenants have come and gone, that said, my interests have been taken care of with regular property visits, updates, maintenance issues and other types of feedback. Both Matthew and his team working in lettings, property management and the accounts department are all committed to delivering an outstanding service to both landlords and tenants. We employed Gibbs Gillespie to manage the renting of our Mothers house when she went into care two years ago. We had three or four letting agencies round, but once we met Matthew Marchant (Lettings Manager at Gibbs Gillespie), we were convinced they were the Company we trusted with this important decision. Matthew and his team have given us prefect service, with well reasoned, strong advice on tenant selection and acceptance. Whenever there are any decisions to be taken, we get great advice. We are on a fully managed contract, and the team sort out any issues with great professionalism. We are only brought into this to accept costings. Everything else is taken care of by Gibbs Gillespie. Such a relief. Probably the best compliment we can pay Matthew is that we take his judgement on tenant approval completely, he understands our renting criteria, and takes this into consideration every time.
