I want to emphasise that Stefan of the Pinner Gibbs office gets ALL THE STARS. In fact, the front office staff are all lovely but Stefan, wins hands down. I'm a single parent and the Corona Virus Pandemic has seriously impacted my financial situation forcing us to move. Stefan really understood what I needed in a home and at the end of the day found me an incredible flat for a really good price. Of all the estate agents I've worked with in the last 4 years, he is an incredible listener and knows how to give empathy while also managing expectations graciously. He responds to messages quickly and follows up, even when the task isn't directly his responsibility. It's clear that he wants to do well, and he does! The 4 stars is for my experience with Gibbs Gillespie overall. Once Stefan handed me over to the back office to handle the logistics, things became incredibly stressful. I felt like more could have been done on GG's side to make the process more seamless and that was disappointing. This is my second let with GG and I will definitely go back to them again when the market self corrects and I am able to move back into a bigger space.
