GoogleWe recently, sold our property with Gibbs. Oliver was so helpful and kept us up to date with everything. We did have a hiccup in the beginning with the first lot of viewings, but this was rectified. Oliver was always a telephone call away to keep me calm, which I needed on numerous occasions, but in general the whole experience was made so much easier by using such an experienced local estate agent, we highly recommend Gibbs for there knowledge and friendly approach. GoogleGreat experience from all the team, initially i met with Lucy who was punctual, enthusiastic and was most prepared and knowledgeable compared with the other two high street agents i invited to value my home. The strategy adopted was the right one and the team negotiated the best price of a number of viewings. The sale was managed efficiently by Danielle, i received regular updates and there was no point i didn't know where i was with the transaction. My house sale was was not an easy journey due to covid ,However the professionalism, hard work and affability of the team was second to none. GoogleI recently sold my home through Gibbs Gillespie in Ruislip Manor. I cannot fault the service and professionalism i got from all of the staff . My first contact was with Tom Halt. Tom talked me through the whole process and kept in touch with me and updated me all the way through the sale . Tony, Jordan and Haroun where fantastic with viewings. I was particularly worried about having people in the house with the covid pandemic around, but they where totally understanding of my anxieties and ensured that all precautions where always followed. Once I had accepted an offer on the house Danielle took care of the the rest of the sale process right through to exchange and completion. Danielle has kept me up to date with everything and did a fantastic job of liaising between myself, solicitors and other buyers in the chain. Gibbs in the Manor seem to have a great system to handle the whole home sale process and it is managed by a great team of people who work so well together to deliver results and customer satisfaction. I would have no doubts in recommending Gibbs Gillespie in Ruislip Manor to any one who was considering buying or selling a home. I would certainly use them again myself. GoogleThe Team at Gibbs Gillespie did a good job with selling my property. Danielle was invalauble in keeping us in the loop with developments and progress - and having a single point of contact once the sale was agreed is one thing I definitely recommend you have. One challenge we did have (hence not 5 stars) is the Buyer took in excess of 3 months to secure a confirmed mortgage which meant having an empty property around 6 months from offer to completion. The pandemic environment probably played a role in this - but a question I wish I had asked or would encourage others is the confidence of the buyer to secure the funds quickly to complete your house purchase. GoogleJordan was great at knowing the property we were buying and gave us a lot of information at our second viewing. Danielle being our move manager was an absolute star, she was very responsive and came back to our questions and any queries quickly and efficiently. She even answered questions that we had for our solicitor and saved us time trying to chase him. We bought our house during a very busy time where everyone else involved took days to come back to us, but the team at Ruislip Manor came back to us straight away and we were always able to speak to Danielle on the phone when we needed to.
