GoogleFor both our sale and purchase of a property we worked with two Gibbs offices, Ruislip Manor and Ruislip Sales. Ruislip Sales represented the seller. We found that working with two offices of the same organisation was a massive benefit. Internal communication was smooth and that is often rare when you work with multiple real estate agents. The reason we gave four stars was that we initially felt a bit blamed for delays in the purchase process which we believed to be a bit unfair. That changed later in the process and Ruislip Sales was a massive help in getting everyone over the line. We are truly grateful for that!

GoogleWhat can I say about amazing service I received from Gibbs staff. I am out of words but I will still try to express my feelings here. Midst of everything going around I got my dream house keys about 2 months ago. Yes that's how much it took me to sink in and write reviews. During pendamic it was easy and all safety measures taken care during viewing process. Each one at Gibbs Riislip have been very supportive, responsive and professional in entire process. Especially Ellain who has been talk therapist when we had glitch during our purchase process. It was our first house and I wasn't sure how things will fall in place when had some legal issue, Ellain had been so confident and helpful during the closing process that I have no words to express my gratitude towards her. 🙏 is so extremely happy and excited to receive keys from her hands. It just felt like she wants it it us as much as we wanted it. That is tremendous work ❣ Even their morgatge team morgatge Scout is very good. If you're first time buyers like me you must use them. It was just 5 days process to get our mortgage approved. Sales person Mathew was very much approachable. Admin team were very good. I must say their entire team was so supportive throughout process. Owner must be doing something really good to get such an amazing team and to keep them super mnotivated in doing what they do. Thank you Elain, Matthew , Chantal and entire team. Without all your hard work and support my purchase wouldn't have been smooth. You guys do amazing job to get people their dream house and make them happy for rest of their lives. Well done 👏✔👍

Initially I had a number of viewings with Ian (who was kind enough to email me details of a number of properties with the additional information I had requested which led me to find the one I wanted). Once we had decided to purchase a property, I was assisted by Elaine through to completion. Unanswered questions had their answers retrieved from the seller promptly. Elaine Lawrence took care of my case during the process. Solicitors were slow sometimes, but Elaine did catch up with them, ensuring a smooth transition. A very well put together and professional team, would contact them again regarding properties anytime!
