GoogleHave always had the best experience with Gibbs Pinner branch with regards to the letting of my property. Both Victoria and Joseph have always been extremely professional and get stuff done when they say they will. Have never had to chase them up on anything. GoogleI just completed the whole process with selling my house, Iv known Luca through mutual friends so deciding to trust him in selling the house. He was able to go above and beyond with everything!! Everything was done to a very high professional standard, from the photos of the property to finding buyers. GoogleMoving houses isn't a very easy thing and when it is moving countries and finding a house to live in isn't easy at all. We have been trying to search on the popular sites for houses. It is then we got introduced to Ankit at Gibbs and Gillespie. Ankit is a brilliant warm guy to work with. He quickly understood our requirements advised on revising some of them and then started to share relevant properties. It is not that we already found the house but the line up he has done for the next week or so gives me the confidence that we will find the our home. Have been talking to many agents across organisations here in UK for the house and clearly Ankit stands up as a comprehensive package. He has the right outlook, the warmth to connect and understand the requirements, the patience to work with us and the diligence to follow through and close things for us. GoogleRecently managed to rent out our 4 bedroom house in Pinner through Gibbs Gillespie ! Must admit that though they were first ones we contacted but we chose to go with two other agents first and then after nearly 2 months of no luck we asked Gibbs to market. During this entire period right from first contact - Victoria from Pinner office persevered and kept in touch with us - extremely professional at that and within a month got the property rented out very close to the asking price as well ! GoogleAfter owning our first house in Ruislip for 26yrs we sadly decided to put the house on the market, sell up and move to the south coast. This was a big decision as my wife and I had strong emotional ties with the house after many happy years raising the children therefore, it was important to find an Estate Agent that could empathise with our situation. We got it spot on when we engaged Gibbs Gillespie and Tony Brick leading the Sales team. Tony provided calm logical advice to guide us through the process (we have never sold a house before) He made us feel like part of the team, working together for joint success. We found Tony to be very professional and an excellent communicator. He has high standards and is a credit to Gibbs Gillespie. “Oh I forgot to mention”, Tony got 13 viewings through the door, 4 offers and a Sale STC, exchange of contracts and completion in 9 weeks!
