Lauren and Matthew were very helpful with our first interest and taking us through to the offer stage of the process. Having Luca as our move manager took the stress right out of the whole process. He was very helpful, especially in terms of terminology we didn't know, timelines for things, and any totally random questions we had as first time buyers.
