GoogleWith a friend we had dealings with this agency via their agent Charlie from lettings showing us around. She was lovely and professional, gave a very good impression of herself, the property and her representation of the agency, with good knowledge and a lovely personality. Should be 10 stars but it only lets me give five for her professionalism and delivery, credit where credit is due. It made me feel it is a good reputable agency and she was informed too, not pushy, not forceful or pressuring but had the balance just right. I wasn't sure what to expect but it has definitely made me feel this is a very good agency for the area, not just their known name locally, but also I trusted her. I would definitely recommend this estate agency, Charlie herself, and that it gives the standards of service I would like from any agent in such important transactions and services. Thank you.

GoogleI had a virtual viewing booked for a flat in Pinner Damil was thorough amd very helpful He clicked a video of outside area and sent me before calling. GoogleWe moved from Singapore and settling in new location is not easy. Charlie from Gibbs Gillespie Pinner Branch was very helpful in ensuring our queries are addressed promtly. We managed to do most of the tenancy paperwork remotely with great support from Charlie. Overall i am happy with service from Gibbs Gillespie.
