GoogleEDIT - Beth from GetLiving accused me of ‘ignoring’ their calls soon after they contacted me when I was at work during a business meeting. I replied to them within the day *with the date when I’ll be available for an in-person conversation*. Two days later they got back to me and asked me to confirm when I’ll be free? Seemed like they didn’t even bother to read my email. Probably the worst letting agency I’ve ever dealt with in Manchester. The first day I moved in I noticed the fridge is rather humid and growing black mould inside. Soon my left eye got bacteria infections. There’s also brownish oily liquid leaking from the bottom of the fridge. GetLiving team insist there’s nothing wrong with the fridge itself even though they didn’t come to inspect it. Further emails requesting maintenance got ignored by GetLiving team. Raised a complaint and they got mad at me. Only moved in a week ago but it’s giving nightmare already. Other reviews complaining about the maintenance issues were right. Should have checked the reviews before I chose GetLiving.
