GoogleMoving house can be stressful, but Sonia made the entire process so much easier for us. She was incredibly patient, helpful and understanding throughout all the back-and-forth, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through each step. A special thank you to Sonia for her support during what was quite a difficult and uncertain period for us, with a house move and a new job happening at the same time. I think it’s fair to say that as tenants, we weren’t always at our calmest or most organised during the process, but Sonia remained patient, professional and reassuring throughout. Thank you as well to Emily for stepping in and helping bring everything together towards the end of the process. Both were a pleasure to deal with, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Highly recommended!

GoogleVery welcoming and friendly, had a viewing with Nick, who was very well informed and answered all the questions we had, later as we went throught the checking process, we were guided by Sonia and Emily, who were both extremely helpful, quick to respond, and went the extra mile for us to ensure our documentation is completed correctly and in timely manner, as well as guided us and supported with any doubts we had along the way, each one of them definitely deserves all 5* of this review!

GoogleDaniel Seddik got me secured with a 1 bed on the perfect date, and honestly just super easy to converse with and get all my priorities sorted out. Love the area, flat and all. No complaints there. Only thing I have against NMY is the delivery room! They need to have some system in place to get the delivery drivers not chucking everything everywhere.

GoogleI had the pleasure of meeting Pete from the on-site team, who attentively helped me resolve some furniture defects. I appreciate his attention to detail. I believe management can improve on communication surrounding appointment times but Pete’s service was excellent regardless.

GoogleThe apartment are bravo, a neat and elegant style with a Sainsbury’s right next to the house, super convenient. The concierge is amazing, and room tour is as well satisfying. And one thing I must mention is that one of the service team of getliving, Remi, who patiently discussed all queries I had on email promptly, has done a great job!!!

GoogleErnest has been friendly from the very first moment I walked through the door. He always creates a welcoming atmosphere and makes everyone feel at home. His kindness and professionalism truly make a difference in the building, and I’ve always felt at home waking into reception thanks to the way he greets and supports residents. Jack is always polite, kind, and consistently professional. He greets everyone with genuine warmth and makes the building feel welcoming and well-looked-after. His calm, courteous manner never goes unnoticed, and it’s clear he takes pride in helping residents feel comfortable. Thank you for making our home environment so much more homely!!
