Total disaster of a management process! Some super lovely people working there but whoever is in charge of the whole thing just has no idea how to run a business! Have been trying to move out since December and my requests just being totally ignored by staff! Don’t live here! My drain keeps breaking , pipe work awful, floors were not varnished so are rotting behind the kitchen from All the leaking drain water Also one of our windows didn’t shut for 2 months and it was freezing the whole time! Then our heating didn’t work! Total disaster ! Do not live here!!!

Zainab and Charlotte went above and beyond with the whole moving process, from taking the time to show us the properties, answer our questions, assist us with the reference process and providing us with all the information we required. We moved in with Get Living at the beginning of Feb; the experience has been brilliant so far! The process was so easy. They have a great balance of people and technology to ensure it's a seamless process, but actual people are there to help you along the way. The homes are beautiful, clean and modern. It feels like no one has lived here before us. Also, so great to be able to move in and just put in a password for the free wifi which is all set up and ready to go. Move in day was simple, the keys were all there waiting for us - in Victory Plaza, there are padded trollies which make getting things from car/van to the apartment is really simple. We also have the Get Living Google assistant (Evie), who you can ask loads of questions to about your new home and neighbourhood. A nice touch to also get a free Google mini speaker. We feel very at home here already, thanks to Rikki, Kate, Zareena and the team!

Our experience with Get Living has been on the whole mostly positive. It is safe to say that all the stars of this review go to Zainab who has been absolutely brilliant. Zainab has been an absolute joy to work with over these last few months and made the process of moving in as painless as possible. I have deducted a star as our relationship manger Claire came across as rude and blunt and every question we asked appeared to be an inconvenience for her. Where our relationship manager would say ‘no’ or ‘we will see’, Zainab always managed to get us a positive result. Zainab is so much more than a letting coordinator, she was our relationship manger for all intents and purposes. She is a true asset to Get Living, I hope her managers realise what a true legend she is!

We just landed in a brand new apartment in the East Village. This is a great place to live for a London-based couple/family, in every regard. The apartments are spacious and come with high quality furniture and equipment. The area has lots of shops and restaurants and is in proximity to expansive parklands, as well as to the centre of Stratford, meaning Westfield plus one of the best public transport hubs in London. The Get Living team is very friendly and professional, and the application process simple and smooth, based on our experience with Charlotte and Zareena (who guided us through the viewing and application process) and Charles (our relationship manager). Just a couple of things that stood out: flexibility - we were able to pick a move-in date almost 2 months ahead, and then change it to an earlier date with ease; extra benefits - we got a sizeable Amazon voucher to help us with move-related shopping; the application process is all online/app-based, and if you pass the automated credit check you can even avoid the bond payment. This is hands down the best organized and most tenant-friendly landlord we've ever had - they actually care about building good and lasting relationships with their tenants. I highly recommend securing a place in East Village while the market is still relatively slow due to COVID. Given the high quality of both the apartments and the landlord, the opportunity might not last.
