GoogleLack of security in the buildings and parcels stolen multiple times - wouldn't have been as bad however, I've been informed there is an issue with space to hold deliveries which would prevent more thefts, this to be more of a budget issue as there is plenty of space to build further apartment blocks... Would recommend living here if you do not work and have access to deliveries 100% of the time, if not then don't waste your time or money.
Hi Haich . We are sorry that you are understandably upset and I realise that being the target of a parcel thief is a very unpleasant experience . I have tried to fully explain the situation and offered to meet with you to discuss further if you so wish. Our security have been very proactive and you will know from living here for sometime that it is highly unusual to have such an incident. I do note though that aside from this incident you would recommend living here . GoogleSuch a lovely flat. Couldn't have hoped for better. From the get-go my partner and I knew that this was the one we would pick. Both of us feel extremelly comfortable here. The staff is simply the cherry on top of the cake. Fenomenal. They always reply within the next 24h and in such a clear and professional manner. Thank you for all your support, Selina! ---- I would suggest some minor work on the GetLiving app, which has the potential to be a very good one, as it has all the information we could possibly need. At the moment it has quite a few bugs. Not much of an incovenience, though, as I can simply use their website dashboard instead (I would suggest a UI update to it as well to a more modern one). Edit: Had to change to 4 stars as the flat ventilation noise is driving me insane. I thought I was going to get used to it but more than 2 months have passed and every single day it annoys me and makes my head hurt, especially since I work from home. If I didn't have my headphones I don't know how I'd manage this much noise! It is ~59 dB, which is quite a loud device to have a few feet away from someone if you ask me. For reference, a fridge is ~42 dB.

Googlethe team at Get Living for new makers yard have been so helpful, me and my partner have been finding it very difficult to find a place that allows dogs (especially our dog - which is a Rottweiler) The Get living team went above and beyond to help us get a place - it was all very smooth from the communication to the viewings. we look forward to moving in at the end of november!

Dean is really personable, and he has always strived going for the extra mile for us, including being highly responsive in correspondences and being friendly in the viewing. GoogleI loved the place, the open space on the property, the advanced technology and the appliances used in the apartment. It's a premium apartment with a high living standards. The only concern is with the rent being a bit on the higher side and the living area could have been a bit more spacious and with a tv and connection. Rest everything is superb.

GoogleMy little family moved here over 3 weeks ago. I have to say that the team at New Maker Yards is the most pleasant bunch. I originally booked to view the available properties with Josh a few months ahead of our moving date as we'd be moving from London and from experience we knew that finding a place that is pet friendly is hard. Josh was super accomodating with my viewing and managed to squeeze me in VERY short notice when I wanted to check the flat a 2nd time the same day before I went back to London. Which I believe secured us as tenants and left a really good impression on the team here. The flat is very well presented and they even accomodated us when we requested for the 2nd bedroom to be unfurnished to make space for an office for my husband and we know it's not always possible with furnished apartments like these due to storage availability. Every little detail is thought out and the management and maintenance teams are very responsive and will help if you have any questions. I would really like to thank Cara and Sophie as they also helped us organise some extra cat-proofing with maintenance, we are extremely grateful!

GoogleExcellent service! My partner and I are moving up to Manchester from London. We have been in touch with a few places but we have found ourselves constantly chasing with very delayed responses. However that was not the case with Get Living. Myself and Dean have been back and forth so many times by email over the last few days that I feel like he’s a mate at this point. Absolute credit to the company. He’s made the process so efficient and easy so far, and we are very happy all round. Will be recommending Get Living!

I was considering moving out due to my circumstances, but Selina has addressed my issues and provided me with a solution that means I can continue to stay here and it will make my life and time here much more convenient and enjoyable. It’s great to receive this kind of service anywhere but when it massively impacts your day to day life, it is even more valuable. I owe a massive thank you to Selina.

GoogleThis place is amazing with a very friendly staff. Especially Josh Gent who helped us in every sense to move in and made really easy to communicate with him anytime we wanted. A really lovely guy even offered me to help moving in my stuff. He has been very respectful and showed us a clear plan of what to do and expect while living in this stunning place.

We recently moved apartments within the New Makers Yard, and the whole process was really smooth, and loving my new flat already! Only moved as we wanted a higher flat!

The team are fantastic and level of service is exceptional, Josh helped us find our apartment and got us settled in, so huge thanks to him for everything. The flats are stunning and communal areas are great, it's really lovely to live right on the canal and have the co-op and Seven Brothers a few minutes walk away.
