GoogleOverall I’m very happy with my time in east village and I would do it again. However management has neglected security issues and anti social behaviour happening around the area and those desperately need to be sorted.
Hi Arnold, we are so pleased you have been happy at East Village, but really concerned about your comments related to the security. We have a security team on site 24/7, a 24/7 security contact number for residents, nearly 500 CCTV cameras and we are always looking at ways to ensure the area is safe and secure. We understand your disappointment when we are affected by anti social behaviour, we share your disappointment. GoogleWe had an issue about the contract document, then our agent Dave and Alex assist us to negotiate the contract problem and finally they solved the problem, me and my roomate are very grateful about it!
