GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Dipty to help with reference checks and finalize a tenancy contract. I was incredibly impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail, and quick response time. Dipty was always available to answer any questions I had and provided me with excellent guidance throughout the entire process. One thing that stood out to me was Dipty's efficiency. Thanks to her quick response and diligent work, I was able to move in on time without having to rent a short-term storage during the transition. This was a huge relief and made the entire process much smoother for me. Overall, I would highly recommend Dipty to anyone in need of help with reference checks and tenancy contracts. She is a true professional who is committed to providing the best possible service to her clients. GoogleAfter a long six hour flight, I was greeted very nicely by the receptionist at the concierge. After that, I was given a lovely tour by Ashley Thompson, who was super friendly and an absolute delight to meet. He took me on a tour around the third floor and helped me settle in my new apartment. I’m looking forward to starting my studies in my new home.

GoogleAt the beginning of June, I started looking for a flat in the Elephant & Castle area. I was lucky because I met Anire from the Get Living team. Anire helped me find the exact apartment I wanted and provided a lot of support during the rental process. I will be moving into my new flat in the first week of July. I'll refresh my comments for my impressions after moving into the flat.

GoogleA perfect experience so far. Thank staff Ani a lot. Ani was very patient and kind in explaining our concerns about the apartment. The communication was effective and detailed. At the same time, Ani recommended apartments that met our requirements very well. Through online viewing, the apartment looks clean, with a nice view, and a nice design. Looking forward to spending a memorable year with Mawes after moving in.

GoogleThe apartment is amazing. It is modern with a consistent furnishing style. Everything looked new and cleaned when I first moved in. I lived at Mawes House and I loved my bedroom because the floor-to-ceiling windows gave me the perfect sunlight on sunny days. The living room is spacious which I could find a space for yoga. The location is perfect as providing convenience. There is gym, Sainsbury, Chinese supermarket and plenty restaurants near around. The railway and bus stations are next to the building and tube station is only a few minutes walk away. The property management is also excellent. The building is equipped with automatic delivery locker. There is no need to worry about missing delivery. The maintenance team is always ready to help with any maintenance issues. They are easy to contact and fast responding. I recently moved out due to personal reasons, thank to Jasmine Best for her support for my move out by giving all the professional information and explained details. She makes the process more smoothly and helps a lot in the busy moving time. The whole management team is responsive and supportive in general. Enjoyed living with Get Living and Highly recommended for all who are looking for a comfortable apartment with high living standards.

GoogleI stayed there for around one year and it had been a really fantastic experience with Get Living. The location is nice and convenient. You can easily go to city center and there are various shops and restaurants like Asian or South American food. Sainsbury and Tesco are also close to it. The facilities of my property are fantastic and new. But what makes this place so special is the team who runs this place. Alexis David helped me to move in smoothly and the manager Danielle helped me on different matters a lot. The reception team is very nice as well. They are always there and glad to help you out. Manager Desiree Giudice helped me to move out very smoothly. I don't have to struggle to take my deposit back. The management team overall is very good and they can help you deal with things very quickly and efficiently. They usually respond to my queries by the next working day. They have a great maintenance team that you can rely on. The manager Skye Campbell runs the team very well. Guys in the team like Karpa can really manage some difficult tasks. And usually it only takes less than two working days to complete the working order. It is much quicker than my previous experience with other teams. It is a very nice place and managed by very nice people. It absolutely deserves its price.

The staff members were very helpful and I am looking forward to moving in!!! …… Let me share my experience after staying a few days: Fast, convenient and safe are the most appropriate keywords in my opinion! Many thanks to Gergana for her help, she not only introduced me to the environment on the day of check-in, but also responded to my emails quickly if I had any questions in the next few days! I really appreciate the quick action of the maintenance staffs, when I found out that there was a problem with the mattress and shower head, they fixed early the next morning! And replaced with a brand new mattress :)

GoogleThe WORST rented property service I have ever lived in!! Raised numerous complaints against get living. Not had a single positive outcome, the office staff/ property managers are completely unhelpful and irresponsible ( although, cleaning staff and maintenance are good, even these staff member agree the office is a shambles, along with many many tenants). I can’t begin to list the endless problems we have faced in the past year of living here but, just Most recently, 3 parcels were stolen in a week from the ‘secure’ parcel room. Get living staff refuse to help in any way and simply tell us the problem is not theirs. Not to mention the rancid smells coming from the parcel room due to uncollected hello fresh boxes and the bin sheds are even worse which are situated right by the entrance to the property. Take my advice and save urself the stress STAY AWAY. We were so excited after our first viewing, what we’ve experienced is far from that. I will be writing a new review per issue complaint if not resolved WITH PICTURES for people if you are thinking of moving here.
Hi Ben , I am really sorry to see that you felt the need to alter your previous review . I unfortunately have no record of any complaints from you as we are unable to find your name on our tenancy? If you would like to contact me directly then I can personally look into your issues. Sadly with regard to the parcel room the incident you refer to last week was another resident who stole the parcels , this was investigated immediately by the onsite office team with Parcel Safe who operate the parcel room and the culprit identified and contacted by the property manager and the parcels returned within 2 hours, that individual has now had access taken off them . So I am unsure why you state no one would help? If indeed you refer to a different incident than please contact me or pop into the office 9am - 7pm Mon-Fri and 10-4pm Sat to speak to me or another team member . If you have spoken to someone in the central hub in London then I am afraid we don't appear to have had it passed on to us on site which of course would be followed up . The description you describe of the team is totally out of character to the normal very good feed back and as such is even more of a concern that I would like to rectify but without being able to identify you or your apartment number I can't investigate further so please do get in touch directly.
