GoogleThey just don’t care about anything other than raising rent!! My key to enter the building hasn’t worked in weeks and I’m getting the run around from front desk and the email they give you. We’re tired of dealing with them as there’s always something wrong! Looking to move out and on as it’s just not worth it anymore.

GoogleApplying and securing an apartment with Get Living has been a super easy process and very smooth. I was assisted by Francesco who was very friendly and fast to reply to all of my questions throughout the process. The entire application apart from the right to rent checks was all done online and which made it so easy and stress free. Would highly recommend and feel that I have received a great service :)

GoogleI had an excellent time living in Hightail Point. They are very professional and prompt when it comes to their services. The team at east village was also very understanding of my problems. The people at the concierge, the security and the customer support team, especially Rumone, who helped me sort out my issues are all really nice and professional. I love how spacious the houses are and the skybridge is an excellent space where you can spend time working or just hanging out. The only drawback would be poor services in the common areas. The screening room wasn't working for a really long time despite repeated complaints from the tenants so that was a little difficult. The coffee machines are also mostly empty or broken at the sky bridge.

GoogleI'm so lucky to come across Claire Oki, who helped me to find an amazing apartment at East Village. When I first ran into get living office without even an appointment. Claire was so nice and helpful to show me around the Village and find an empty property in a very short notice to show me the room. She helped me all the way through booking, setting up, solve furniture issues, contract until I moved in. I can't appreciate more. It has been such an amazing experience with Claire's help to find East Village to live in London.

GoogleLiving with GetLiving was a remarkable experience, truly meeting international standards. The quality of furnishings, appliances, and overall amenities exceeded expectations. Maintenance, parking facilities, and the cleanliness of the surrounding areas at GetLiving were exceptional. The agent, Dominic, who handled the final payout, was outstanding. In summary, my time living there was very positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
