GoogleRidiculous !!!!!!! I’m moving out, I’ve booked a cleaning for my flat is £288, but they still need me to pay for my mattress cause I drop some water stains on it, they ask me to charge £240 for the mattress, that’s ridiculous.

GoogleMy experience with GetLiving is appalling. They try everything to get money from you. Over the last few years, the quality of places has deteriorated. They share videos and pictures of flats as they were at the beginning, but once you move in, you find out that the current status is much worse. The move in process is slow, they let me know I could more in on the same day, incredibile affecting my organisation. There is misinformation within the staff. One person asks you to pay for one thing, while another asks for a different reason. They will do everything to get more money despite the current crisis. I would recommend avoiding them. There are better areas with cheaper buildings. East Village is not worth it anymore until GetLiving manages the houses properly

GoogleA big thank you to Claire Oki, who showed me around for the viewings and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. She also followed up promptly by sending me all the information I need and provided flexibility to my move-in date which really helped me out a lot. It was a very smooth and satisfying process with the help of Claire.

GoogleWe went for our first viewing and were shown around by Chenelle. Her service was absolutely wonderful. We felt very welcomed and listened to. She took us round and didn’t rush us at all. I could not recommend her more. We were very impressed by everything we saw and were very happy.
