GoogleThe location is difficult to find and perhaps the worst viewing I've ever had. Unprofessional and unorganised team with high rentals, not worth the time or money even with the summer rent free campaign

GoogleHorrible manager. The area is great the flats are good, but as soon as there is a problem they are inefficient and ineffective. It took 2 months to give as part of the furniture and fix broken items and non functional bathroom

GoogleHad the absolute pleasure of meeting Krupa Patel (Relationship Manager) @ GLL regarding faults within my property. Krupa was extremely professional, polite & dealt with issues straight away without delay. She took personal responsibility in escalating the faults & ensured she kept me up to date with the timeframe when the fault(s) would be rectified. Thanks very much Krupa ! 😀 Also, Sam Franklin-Jones (Relationship Manager) @ GLL was extremely helpful over Easter BH weekend when I had no hot water/heating. He made alternative arrangements in the absence of the engineers closing up for the day/weekend. Cheers Sam !

GoogleI have been renting with Get Living London (GLL) for over a year now, and have been thoroughly disappointed. GLL are painfully slow when communicating with their residents, with the Belvedere Relationship Management Team being particularly sluggish. In future, I shall attempt to communicate by carrier pigeon, or perhaps through smoke signals, as it is evident that no-one is actively managing their email accounts. GLL appear to be neglecting the fundamental basics, and cannot adequately 'look after' their residents. As highlighted in numerous past reviews, communication is incredibly slow and chaotic. A simple issue (i.e. a broken window) can easily turn into a two-month long endurance test involving redirected emails and delays. In fact, on two occasions, maintenance has entered our flat without our permission after failing to show at the original scheduled date/time. On one occasion, our valuables and documents (i.e. cash, passport, watches etc) were on show as we had just returned from holiday. Upon returning from work that day, maintenance had been completed despite not having been rescheduled. For those seeking a new home, I suggest looking at alternative management companies. GLL is just a shadow of its former self.

GoogleThe repairs and complaints service is appalling. Contractors seem totally incompetent. I've had 4 issues, and each one has taken 3 or more visits before they resolve. After each visit I have to raise the issue again as they don't seem to care whether an issue is fixed or not. One issue with the blind has taken 2 months and I am still reporting it. The complaints process is non-existent. I have formally reported the service I am getting and each time they just apologise but do nothing or ignore it. I really don't know how they won a customer service award.

GoogleWas interested in renting with them but it looks like they're mostly 1 star company. Most of the 5 star comments are obviously paid for (they don't even try to hide that in the way they phrase their comments hah) . I went for a viewing 2 years ago and the agent refused to give me a rough quote on the heating bills (as they try to sell you the underfloor heating as a perk but don't tell you how much it will cost you) . It's good to see that I stuck with my gut feeling and gave a pass since it seems 2 years later they still provide bellow sub-par service.

GoogleI have recently let a flat through Deontae at Get Living. The service throughout the process has been extremely efficient and both Get Living and Deontae have gone above and beyond in order to provide the apartment quickly and to their exceptionally high standards. With their pro tenant policies I'm sure the concept will continue to grow and succeed and I am comfortable in the knowledge that there is a great team to call upon as and when I need their assistance.
