GoogleI moved in a couple of weeks ago and i am very happy for the service Rikki and Zainab offered me. They were tremendously helpful and quick when time was a necessity for me. They were very nice throughout all the process and also afterwards by following up. The apartment is amazing and i want to thank them for their service.

GoogleGet Living= Great neighbourhood with convenient transport links nearby and green scenery all around. I am very pleased with the excellent high quality of service I have been provided with. This was by far the easiest and quickest rental process. Many thanks to Zainab Fayad who made this process stress free. She was very prompt with her responses and always available to help at any time. Highly recommend their homes and service!

GoogleI can't thank Billy, Zainab and Daiva the relationship manager enough. I moved in just as the lockdown began but they really helped me every step of the way. Constant communication from start to finish, they answered all my questions in a timely manner, and they made sure I was all set after the move. GoogleReview particularly for Sophie Cohen. She's probably the best person I've ever dealt with. She was empathetic and understanding, she knew what she was doing, she didn't over-promise, but definitely over-delivered. She accommodated one of our parking requests, and went through some trouble to try to find the best possible outcome for us. Most importantly, her communication skills were excellent. I didn't have to consistently chase or bother her for any updates or progress. If all people at Get Living London would be like her, it would a very smoothly run place.

GoogleGet Living are great and so responsive. I dealt with Charlotte Goodyear and Zainab Fayad who made the whole experience so smooth and stress free. They kept us updated throughout and made sure we had everything we needed in preparation for the move in date - could not recommend them enough!

GoogleSince the first contact, Rikki and Charlotte were very helpful and attentive showing all flats and possibilities we had. During the renting process Rikki, Rayah and Zainab from Get living staff were amazing again. The flat and the neighborhood are amazing, and all Get Living staff are being amazing on the maintenance of everything and with our requests. I strongly recommend Get Living.

GoogleWe rented in East Village through Get Living for 6 years and cannot recommend it highly enough. We loved the community, the eateries, the park, transport links... the village is a really unique and lovely place to live. Get Living were great to deal with, any maintenance required in the flat was dealt with swiftly, check in/out was seamless & the standard of accommodation was excellent. We will miss it a lot!!

GoogleIt was the smoothest and quickest move I had experienced and everything was done in a very efficient manner. Deontae (a relationship manager) was extremely helpful and responsive and helped me find a great flat at East Village. Since we moved in, there have been a couple of (minor) issues at the flat but the maintenance team was very quick to sort out everything. The office is located right near by the flat so you can just walk in there if there are any maintenance issues etc. People there are all friendly and professional. The neighbourhood is super nice (especially in the summer with people sunbathing and doing picnics) and extremely convenient. Really loving living here!

GoogleRikki Lam has been great in helping us move in. He was quick to book the viewings, very patient as we looked around and answered all our questions. His communication has also been very clear with us so we could secure the flat we wanted. Rikki has also been attentive since then, saying hi whenever we visit the office to report any issues.

GoogleAmazing service by Rikki! He helped us find a wonderful apartment and guided us with getting references, credit checks, etc. (a longer process for us as we just moved from abroad). He went above and beyond, replying to messages out of office hours and even helping us with questions after we moved in. Zareena was also great at making sure contracts and utilities were in place before we moved in! All in all, the whole process only took a week. GoogleZareena and Charlotte were excellent with helping me move in. I had a few technical issues with the contract and they were always helpful and replied straight away to help me and always answered my calls or called me back as soon as they could. The process has been really smooth and I couldn’t have asked for this to be any better. My overall experience has been really positive thanks to them both and I hope to continue feeling this way throughout my tenancy.

GoogleI cannot recommend Get Living enough! We moved to East Village in September and have loved every minute since! The move in process was made so easy by the Get Living team. Kate Easterling is truly amazing at her job. She has gone above and beyond for us and we cannot thank her enough. She has consistently provided us with support and has been extremely accommodating. She is a fantastic relationship manager and is deserving of special recognition. We love living in East Village and are extremely happy with the service that has been provided to us. Thank you for all of your hard work, I cannot recommend Kate and Get Living enough!

GoogleLooking for the right apartment can be stressful, but thanks to the Get Living team the process was seamless. Their homes are very modern and classy. Huge thanks to Billy for finding us the right home and fulfilling all our requests. He was very accommodating. Also big thank you to Zainab for doing a sterling job in completing our contract and move in process within a short space of time. She was super efficient, responsive and friendly. I cannot recommend Get Living highly enough.

GoogleThe best customer experience that could be offered ever! Frictionless, quick without any fuss and losing precious time, we managed to rent our new home in a timely manner and no stress. Claire was incredibly helpful with the viewings and the initial steps for renting the apartment. Then Zainab got over to send us the contract, easy peasy and without any delays, she was very kind and responsive. We hope we will continue to have this quality of service throughout our stay in our new house. Thank you Get Living team :)

GoogleWe moved in about a month ago and really love it! The process to rent a flat was very painless and easy. The furniture provided in the flat is good quality and stylish and the neighbourhood is really cute. It really has a community feeling and the wetlands near us are nice to go for walks around every night. The lettings coordinator Zainab was really lovely and helped us in a timely manner with any of our queries. We had one repair that needed doing and they sent someone out to fix it within two days which was surprisingly fast. I would definitely recommend living here!
