I had a fantastic experience dealing with Dan at New Maker Yards. He helped me throughout the whole process of finding and reserving my apartment while I was overseas in Kuwait, and we were in contact for nearly two months before everything was finally sorted. Dan was incredibly patient, friendly and helpful from start to finish. He always took the time to answer all my questions, kept me updated, and made the whole process so much easier despite me not being in the UK at the time. After all the back and forth, I’ve finally secured my new apartment and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better support. A massive thank you to Dan for all his help, patience and professionalism. I would definitely recommend him and the team at New Maker Yards!

Daniel was really friendly and helpful throughout the viewing. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and straightforward. Really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend!

Incredible service, I had Pete come over to help fix a couple of things and he did a wonderful job was extremely kind and helpful. A very determined team and I’m thankful they where there to help :)

Would rate lower if I could. Absolute fire hazard, multiple flats with horror electrics, get electrocuted every time I switch on a light, my flatmates electrics have been out for 2 weeks and staff act ignore emails/calls and act like they don’t care, because they don’t. Pick any other flat in the area other than new makers and I assure you the staff will be ten times as competent. Not worth half the money, find somewhere with decent staff, less mess, and with no safety hazards.

Daniel showed me around the neighbourhood and the flat. Great experience overall, with everything explained to great detail. He listened to what I wanted and found the best fit. Would recommend.
