Google5 stars! I want to give special thanks to Catrina. She was incredibly thorough and patient while helping me sort out my accommodation. She explained every step of the housing process clearly, answered all my questions carefully, and always kept me updated. Her attention to detail made the whole stressful house-hunting and application process much smoother. I really appreciate her professional and kind support. I would highly recommend her!

She took the time to explain every step of the rental procedure clearly, answered all my questions in detail, and was always thoughtful when dealing with my various requests. GoogleSome issues with noise and the reception aren't always super responsive but there's one major issue that absolutely drives me mad. The parking Gestapo are a nightmare. If you want to visit a loved one here, it's bad enough there aren't enough lay-bys and they fill them with bins and at the moment the ones near reception are blocked with some fencing, and it's bad enough that you have to validate your car every 3 hours, but the worst is that whilst after 7pm you're OK, from 6am you're fair game to ticket, meaning you have to get up stupidly early to re validate your car. This used to be something that wasn't a major issue but recently I can only assume the attendants have been incentivised to start earlier, I've even seen one of them sleeping in his car so he can get up extra early to start ruining people's day, whilst also taking up a layby space that someone who was here legitimately to see someone could have used! It's horrible. People are forced to park on kerbs because you have bins and fencing in lay-bys, as well as parking attendants taking up layby space sleeping in their cars. It's an absolute joke and for that reason I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here. Do something about it.

GoogleI’m extremely disappointed with how Get Living has handled a simple resident parking permit issue. I am waiting for my parking permit to be issued, but in the meantime I have been told I cannot park outside for more than 3 hours and will be given a ticket if I exceed this. A 3-hour parking limit is something I would expect for visitors, not for residents who actually live in the building and pay very high rent. When I asked what I was supposed to do with my car while waiting for the permit, I was essentially told “it’s not our problem.” For the very high rents being charged, this feels incredibly exploitative and shows a complete lack of consideration for residents. There should be a reasonable arrangement for residents waiting for their parking permits. By far the worst and most exploitative agency I have dealt with.

GoogleHad an issue with the fridge freezer, eventually had to be replaced. After a slight miscommunication. We had Ryan from the maintenance team come to do the replacement. He worked quickly and was also very friendly and informative. Really appreciative of him. Maintenance response is very good overall aswell

She kept us updated, answered all our questions and made everything from the application to the reference check much easier. We really appreciate all her help and are very excited to move into our new home!
