GoogleHannah always gets back to us very quickly and corresponds by email and phone which I really appreciate. She reads correspondence thoroughly to understand our needs. She is honest which I appreciate the most because previous agents have not been and I respect honesty over convenience much more. Hannah is professional but friendly and approachable and always make me feel heard and trusted and doesnt doubt my intentions. She is doing a fab job of managing our property and I'm very grateful.

In doing so he quickly deals with concerns and proceedings and I feel confident with the whole team to manage my property well. I'd have no concerns at all recommending Gatekeeper to Landlords and Tenants alike.

GoogleI feel comfortable and happy with this agent. They are good and supportive and understand issues ... Its very good agency. Hannah has always taken care of our requests on time .. only suggestion i might leave is to open branch in Swindon I have to.travel all the way to Witney to get rental agreement and change it as well. If you have any one who can verify the docs in Swindon instead of tenant travelling to Witney will be really great !!
