GoogleWe had a bad experience with this company as at the time their advertising was misleading and their timescales were unreasonable. They since seem to have changed their policies. I would advise prospective renters to know your rights as a tenant and not be pressured into any decisions. My impression was that landlords come first and the company was based primarily around serving the landlords needs -which of course most estate agents are - but as a tenant it's important to not feel rushed and misled.

However, it seems that we may have missed each other, as I did not receive a response to my call. We have rectified the issue and now display the correct tenancy duration. Your input has been invaluable in ensuring a better experience for all tenants. The current rental market's demand has been exceptionally high, resulting in multiple applications for each property. Our intention is to be fair to all applicants by getting all the relevant information needed by the landlord. By presenting all applicant positions to the landlord, we aim to provide everyone with an equal opportunity to secure the property that best suits their needs. The timescales are a result of our keenness to avoid an applicant being disappointed in missing out on a property in a particularly pressured market. In light of your feedback, we have updated our communication guidelines to ensure that all prospective tenants receive clear and timely information throughout the application process. I am personally disheartened to learn that you feel we have favoured landlords over our tenants. Please know that, as founders, our vision has always been to be a supportive and unbiased agency for all our customers. We will continue to strive to strike the right balance between the interests of landlords and tenants.
