While we strive to accommodate all our customers, waiting for 20-30 minutes becomes challenging, particularly when our schedule is fully booked as we would be in the difficult position of having to cancel other customers for later appointments. I understand your perspective and acknowledge that cancelling your appointment while you were en route was not ideal. Regarding the availability of the apartment, I am deeply sorry for any confusion or frustration this caused. Ultimately, it would be impractical to conduct the application process before each viewing was booked. Additionally, the decision to accept an application ultimately rests with the landlord. In today's busy rental market, landlords often receive multiple applications and must make difficult decisions based on various factors.
