GoogleGreat experience with Danny King. Showed me the property last thing before Christmas on short notice and did everything he could to find out all details about the house so I was fully informed before putting a bid in. When I did put the bid in he had it sent off and discussed with the landlord and an answer got for me in less than 24 hours which was great being able to move so quickly.

GoogleMark was excellent in handling our transition from prospective tenant into a new tenant for one of his properties. It's difficult to find estate agents who are both honest and empathetic enough to understand both Landlord and tenant needs, but Mark balances both very aptly. My girlfriend and I are now extremely happy in our flat, with a very attentive landlord. I would highly recommend.

GoogleVery nice and good agents, especially Vanessa. Unfortunately we just had quite a few sales fall through for various reasons. I’m unsure whether the agent could have done more due diligence on applicants which is why I’ve docked one star as ultimately we had to remove the property from the market and did not manage to sell.

GoogleWe rented a property from Franklin and James in October. Mark Kimber showed us the property. He was very polite and even made effort to convince the owner to let us have a dog. He went above and beyond for us. We definitely will work with him in future for our renting.
