GoogleFinally I got to give a review to this property agency... In 2018 me and few friends rented a property that was managed by Franklyn James more precisely by a women called *Hilary Laviniere*. By the time we were young and naive and they took advantage making us paid for mold repairs that the old house had. If this this was happening today I would have made a huge complain and of course never paid for the repair. This agency only looks for the benefit of the landlord and not the tenants and I can say that they rip us off.

GoogleSky Mansfield is an absolutely fantastic property manager. She is so responsive, friendly, and takes initiative whenever the occasion calls for it. She takes care of me as a tenant while still making sure my landlord remains happy. I hope Sky is my property manager for as long as possible!

GoogleFranklyn James have been managing my properties for numerous years, and despite receiving inquiries from various other agencies, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My properties have experienced minimal void periods, rents are paid on time, and their property management team excels in their responsiveness and service quality. Sky Mansfield and Joanna Socko are super awesome and very helpful, which is testament to their ability. Sky, who is my property manager also does a really great job managing my properties on a day to day basis… so thank you! In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Franklyn James, Sky and Joanna without hesitation. They are an excellent lettings agency!

GoogleI have only recently engaged Franklyn James to let my property, but am hoping to have a long relationship with them. Both James and Adil were very helpful from the time of the intital valuation until a tenant was secured within 3 days of the apartment being marketed. All matters relating to the processing of the tenancy were carried out efficiently and professionally.

His search was very efficient and didn’t waste our time with viewings that wouldn’t be suitable. From that stage to the finalisation of the agreement to the move-in, it has been an absolute delight working with him.

GoogleIf everything is fine and you never need help from them/the landlord then i’m sure Franklyn James are fine. However we had to contact a million and one times just for a reply about the same issue that we were forced to live with for 9 months. Not once have they stuck to the words they told us, we were left with a hole in the ceiling and water damage causing mould for 9 months until we finally moved out once out tenancy ended. When we first moved in everything was great and it was all fine, they were helpful and everything they could be. As we got settled and we had issues it soon became very apparent they only care about getting you to sign for a property and then they don’t care. Honestly if we could go back in time, we would not be choosing franklyn james, that is for sure. We got passed between different assistants and managers and even directors at one point, they were all useless, we had to pay out of pocket for alternative accommodation during a flood and then chase and chase for reimbursement that we would just end up taking off our monthly rent in the end, and suddenly they were very proactive at ringing us and emailing asking for x amount of money which we would then have to explain is the money they OWED us. They clearly just don’t care about their tenants, and to them we were just students who didn’t know better. Honestly don’t think I can ever trust them again, we had water rushing out the ceiling that was falling on us and they just didn’t care, looking back it is laughable how bad it was.

GoogleI’ve been renting with Franklyn James, and they have been incredibly helpful and professional. My property manager, Yawar Kazmi, has been fantastic, extremely prompt and very responsive whenever there’s an issue in the house or when I have any queries. He consistently makes sure everything is addressed in a timely manner. Definitely recommend
